Amazing place, great pool and location! They tried to charge me for two vehicles in valet parking ($50 each) when there was only one. Top tip: There’s a parking garage around the corner that only costs $15 for the night…

This hotel was awesome. Such a great view at the top. Everything was amazing. The staff was very helpful. They even upgraded our room and this was by far one of my favorite places we stayed at. I will definitely come back here again the lady that helped me at the desk was very helpful provided excellent service and upgraded our room to one of the best rooms with a beautiful view.

I had no expectations of a hotel located in a popular shopping area, but it really is a lovely hotel with a European bent. Very quiet interior courtyard, extremely friendly and helpful staff and large rooms beautifully appointed. Just really impressed.

Extremely unique property. One of the only hotels near Santana Row. Went to check in and it seems they have a club in the hotel or in the vicinity which made me a bit nervous as far as noise pollution. However, as soon as we got to the 3rd floor to check in the atmosphere changed. Extremely calm and quiet. Lounge out in the patio with water features and heaters. Amazing. Ran into probably 3 hospitality employees on the way out and each greeted us with a smile and a soft “good morning”. Didn’t know it was a nicer hotel, just wanted something close to santana row. Felt out of place in my jeans and polo checking in haha. THEY DID NOT make me feel out of place. I did that on my own. Great establishment. Will 100% be making this a regular hotel when visiting the area. Had valet options or a parking garage around the corner.

Location is great. Staff were friendly. The hotel really needs to upgrade its beds, as the wear and tear is apparent. Same can be said about the bathroom.

Located right on the Row there are great restaurants and plenty of shopping. Location and convenience are highlights. Parking is a challenge but reasonable with public parking.
