The lighting in the halls could be brighter. They could also do minor updates or touch-ups to the building to keep it in tip-top shape!

The rooms are lovely. I just stayed one night, and I found the staff to be very welcoming, plentiful, and friendly! I will come back and stay for a longer visit in the future and partake of the bar and restaurant.

Hotel was very conveniently located. Staff was very nice. Hotel overall good appearance. However rooms and hotel could probably use an update/remodel.

Wonderful family experience. World class dinner followed by live music and ice cream down on Santana Row. Beautiful rooftop pool and hot tub, and luxurious room. Will be back

Amazing place, great pool and location! They tried to charge me for two vehicles in valet parking ($50 each) when there was only one. Top tip: There’s a parking garage around the corner that only costs $15 for the night…

This hotel was awesome. Such a great view at the top. Everything was amazing. The staff was very helpful. They even upgraded our room and this was by far one of my favorite places we stayed at. I will definitely come back here again the lady that helped me at the desk was very helpful provided excellent service and upgraded our room to one of the best rooms with a beautiful view.
