I liked that it was close to the SAP center. The air conditioning wall unit did not work, only the one underneath the window. The floor strip between the bathroom and beds was popping up. The flooring was warped. There were stains on the ceiling and the coffee machine was not clean.

Easy parking. Overnight layover between locations. Very easy. Safe location. Could have been a little more upgraded but for the cost and location it was perfectly fine.

I booked this based on pictures but had low hopes, because it seemed like a cheap motel. But I was pleasantly surprised! I could not ask for more. I thought the rooms were very nice and clean. Far beyond the standard of hotel it is supposed to be. The location is great and close to downtown and there is a decent bus stop to go into town right next to it.

Ashok at the front desk is very professional and friendly.

Our room TV was not connecting, I called the front desk to let them know. The guy said he’d send someone over in 2 hours which never happened. I let the front office know at checkout and didn’t even offer me a discount.
