Rose Garden Inn - San Jose Airport

The room and surrounding area were clean; however, the bathroom was not as clean as expected. Overall, it was a good place to stay, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

This place is so outdated dirty and the bed was full of bugs got a couple bed bug bites on me and couldn’t stop itching

Parking was good, staff was nice, showerhead leaked thru faucet below. Faucet in sink was completely loose due to needing a couple screws tightened under sink. 1 of our 2 key cards did not work and got locked out of our room after office closed. Good thing was right next door was a Mexican restaurant really good food, service.

Bed was soft and comfortable! But the shower was absolutely horrible! Took forever to warm up and when it did it was lukewarm at best!! The worst I’ve had ever!!!

Buena ubicación fácil de llegar el motivo muy importante para nosotros esque pedimos un cuarto de no fumadores y fue todo lo contrario mucho olor a cigarro tratamos de acer el cambio y no avía mas cuartos disponibles pero definitivamente si regresamos de nuevo con ese pequeño detalle no olor a tabaco en el cuarto gracias

Dirty floors , broken air vent in bathroom , stained sheets and pillows . Didn’t get moved rooms when complained but they have a strict damage policy where you lose part of your deposit if stuff like that was found . Most outlets didn’t work . Room 202

Had roaches in my room and rats outside my door

The issues I had were the bathroom smelled a bit dirty. and the shower head was leaking and rusted, and the water pressure was not good enough. The shower knob was embarrassingly loose, it would come off actually. It was hard to get the temperature and pressure to something somewhat desirable. The other issue is that there were quite a few ants on surfaces (tables, nightstands, sink, TV dresser). I personally dont hate them and just would kill them, but it is something unsightly for sure, and concerning about cleanliness and health. Anyway, there was a $100 fee for "stains". Once I got to the room, I was baffled that they dare asking for a fee for cleanliness, when the product given lack high standards of cleanliness to begin with? Just felt silly, and waiting on the fee to go back to my card. I'll give it a week and then Im disputing it with my bank because I did take pics :) I will probably not stay there again.

Not a bad spot but a lot of construction going on so couldn’t use the amenities and staff service could’ve been better. However great price and would still stay there again for a quick trip.
