Rose Garden Inn - San Jose Airport

The managers were a nightmare. Upon checking in I mixed up the number I gave to my friend so he knocked on the wrong door. Management said we were trying to break into other rooms. It’s a cheap place to stay but beware the staff. They are extremely wired.

An absolute bang for your buck…. My room was neat clean did not smell. The young lady at the receptionist desk personally brought me my identification card to my room after I had no idea I was missing it. The young gentleman in the night was also extremely helpful helping me with my room card key. All of the enmities were in proper working condition.

Hair dryer does not work, both key cards don’t work. Try to call staff at 11 pm (after hour) and it take 30 minutes.

The room we stayed was ok at least,the bed was very uncomfortable the AC didn’t work there was old dry blood splatter on the bathroom door we didn’t notice til after a couple hours.the small fridge that was in the room a little cool but Not cold couldn’t put anything in there,a few of the electrical outlets didn’t work. The lock on our door didn’t work the carpet looked filthy. The price was to much for what the room looked liked. And they only give you 5 minutes after check in to make a complaint about your room.and parking is shared with the front restaurant..Horrible

В целом для ночевок подходит. Локация хорошая. Внизу есть кафе. Хорошая парковка. Бассейн не работал. Середина июня. Комнату попросили сменить так как было при заселении показалось что не убрано.

The Staff Too much noise from the restaurant in front people seem to come out a little high or drunk too much noise upstairs I swear of a Sasquatch up there stomping on the floor

The room is not as clean as you maybe think. We found trash between the seat cushion of the chairs that were in the room and the ac unit filter was not clean properly everyday like they said. So check around the room before settling in as you have like a few minutes to check around. Parking is easy and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

I’m sure they can’t even training and not at all night shift work not suitable for them with their personality! Management should be more following and checking all things another issue we had just one towel came downstairs asked front desk for more he said tomorrow around 10am Ohh I can’t believe towels and Sanitary ware very basic at hotels that say tomorrow around 10 when i should check out it’s kidding?

I arrived at around 9:30 AM, fully aware that the official check-in time was 3:00 PM. The receptionist informed me that my room was not ready yet, which was perfectly understandable, but also mentioned that it might be available around 11:00 AM or noon. I then went to the airport to pick up my rental car and returned to the hotel around 11:30 AM. At that point, I was told that my assigned room was still not ready, but that another room was available and could be given to me at no extra charge. I agreed. However, I was then informed that I would have to pay an early check-in fee. This made no sense. I had not requested an early check-in, nor was I asking to access the room early. I simply wanted to complete the check-in process because I was leaving for a day trip and expected to return late in the evening. Since I refused to pay for a service I had never requested, I was not allowed to check in at all. Before leaving, I asked whether someone would be available at reception in the evening, and I was assured that there would be. When I returned at around 8:00 PM, I found a sign at the reception desk saying "Sorry, back in 30 minutes." This was particularly frustrating because I still had not checked in and had to return my rental car to the airport shortly afterward. I came back again from the airport at around 9:00 PM and was finally able to complete the check-in process. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The key cards I was given barely worked. I returned to reception and was told that they should be functioning normally. We tested them together and they only worked intermittently, perhaps one time out of ten.

It was clean the staff was nice the room just had a strong smell but other than that we had a great stay.

The room was clean .for our stay it was worth it
