Rose Garden Inn - San Jose Airport

This hotel is horrible.. its a prostitute hotel its extremely loud at night so many drunk men banging on my room door at 1am..it was just horrible I has to call police...I felt in danger..

The property did not meet the described standards. There was no bathtub in the suite, and no pool was available. Additionally, the grass outside was deceased, and the room lacked sufficient towels.

Some of the towels had stains and the floor was sticky. Parking is not that great on the back side.

Pictures were obviously doctored. Pool was “being updated”, the room was terrible with broken light fixtures, holes in the wall, mix matched furniture, we canceled and found another hotel which then they pulled out their policies from behind the desk that said you have to cancel within 5 minutes if that tells you anything.

Room was clean and had air conditioning, staff was able to promptly address any issues or accommodate adjustments to stay.

The staff was amazing. The girl at the front desk was also amazing and so helpful. My key card keept deactivating because I put it next to my phone and she was really helpful and patient with me. I did not catch her name but I would like to personally tell her thank you so much. I broke my foot and am in a boot and crutches.

Friendly quiet and quaint place but it’s a bit run down not like the pictures lots of water damage and electrical issues

Everything appeared to be in order bed made room clean and all, but when getting ready for bed and pulling back covers I was able to see with no glasses what I thought was a feather, it was actually a long thick toe nail… along with that and inspecting further I was able to see a mountain of pubic hair in a certain section of the bed as if someone laid on it naked for hours with no underwear…. I was so exhausted from my day I truly contemplated just packing up and requesting a refund but it was already almost 9:30pm and I had to work early in the morning, I just ended up requesting new sheets to put on the bed there was no way I was even going to sleep on those! We trust that when we go into these rooms that the most common areas are disinfected and sheets are changed minimum!!!!! How could I use the bathroom or want to touch anything else after seeing that? Thank you to the front desk taking care of us that evening she was very kind.

Not the best but cheap for short travel

During check-out, I had to wait more than 25 minutes at the front desk just to return my room keys because no one was there. When the receptionist finally showed up, she seemed upset and said she was on her break, which I found very unprofessional. I am also still waiting for my security deposit to be refunded. I left the room in good condition and returned the keys, yet my deposit has not been returned. I expect the hotel to process my refund as soon as possible. Overall, I expected a clean room, better customer service, and a smooth check-out process. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness, customer service, and promptly returns guests’ deposits.

It smelled bad , the TV didn't work, the microwave didn't work.

Pool is empty. Vending machines don’t work

The room was clean but those wood floors were so dirty they would leave your socks pitch black. Disgusting

Old mattress laying around, old old furniture. We were just there to sleep. Would not stay there again,

This property has very poor curb appeal. The exterior old and is poorly maintained. There were no amenities and my room was supposed to have a jacuzzi according to the photos. I don’t think that I will stay here again.
