Best Western Plus Airport Plaza

The staff was very welcoming when I checked in. We found some things that we needed help with and the showed up promptly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Front desk staff was great and nice. Parking was safe and rooms was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious 😋

The staff was friendly, kind, and professional. The breakfast was great. The location was perfect for our needs at Santa Clara University. The staff handled a difficult situation with another customer with great ability and professionalism. Thank you. We will stay again. The shower head causes too forced a water flow that actually hurt the skin. Pool could have been cleaner.

The staff was ni e. The property was ok, but rooms require attention to details and upgrades. The tub was clogged and smelled badly. We were only staying one night but were unable to use the shower. I would not recommend this location.

Horrible experience, denied my reservation. Booked a room for my Son as he arrived in San Jose Airport from boot camp, the plan was for him to shower an unwind from his trip until I could get to San Jose, 6 hours away. Well they denied his check in as he is 19 years old about to be 20, due to their "strict" policy needing to be 21. Staff was not helpful as they did not care that he had nowhere to go and was left stranded and refuse to refund money. How absurd it is to be able to sign up to serve our country at 18 years old but cannot check in to a room at 19. Unbelievable, do better.

Location was perfect for where I needed to be. Clean rooms clean pool and spa clean fitness center super friendly staff! Great breakfast. I had a quiet restful nights sleep. I liked everything - no complaints

Air conditioner was so loud couldn't sleep. Asked to change room but was told they were sold out even though rooms were available online.

So entire night sirens all 6 nights Ac was not working and then leaking WiFi very bad Bought a suite but really very small bathroom Not upto Mariott standards

This is a very clean safe hotel next to the university. I always enjoy staying here.

Great value and great location.

Super clean room, bed was super comfy no funky smell, room very spacious, plenty of bath towels, toiletries were a plus, parking is very easy right infront of check in office, fast and easy check in process, breakfast was the best Ive had in a hotel. many options for breakfast. will definetely stay here again when in San Jose.

The room was roomy, comfortable, clean, and everything (tv, lights, outlets) were all in working order. Even though this hotel is located on a relatively busy street corner, our room was quiet. The beds were very comfy, the room was clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was served down in the lobby, and consisted of waffles, potatoes, sausage, eggs, toast, and a small variety of breads, teas, coffee, and juices. Overall, it was quite good. The quality of service was great, as was our breakfast. We were highly satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.
