Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast

For a short, one night stay on a solo trip, it was perfect.

the stairs and elevator are located outside, there are security cameras and 24/7 front desk. That threw me off at first but it felt safe. Rooms were clean and staff were helpful. It’s about a 2.5 mile walk to downtown

Good location in terms of being close to the SAP Center, we were at an event there and the hotel was less than a 10 minute drive or bus ride. Although the proximity of the hotel to the SAP Center was good, the hotel is right on a main road at the corner of a busy junction and next to a gas station. Our room (101) was on the corner of the hotel and the windows sounded as though they were open, you could hear lots of noise all night with all the traffic. There was also an elevator right near the room that slammed shut and basically rebounds 3-4 times so just slams shut multiple times each time someone uses it. I asked to move rooms as soon as we checked in and heard the noise from the elevator; but they couldn’t move us because the hotel was sold out on our second night, even though I offered to give up our suite for a lesser room and basically swap with someone. The pool was also dirty with lots of dirt and leaves at the bottom and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time although someone did clean it while we were there. Shame about the pool and noise as other than that, it was OK and very close to town / SAP Center.

My only concern was the elevator carpet to upstairs was very dirty. Other than the place is perfect.

Awesome room. Super happy the hot tub worked. Clean pool,an the breakfast was amazing. Easy parking and staff was helpful and easy to talk to.

The staff was very welcoming when I checked in. We found some things that we needed help with and the showed up promptly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything is good. I love this place The door peephole need a cover for privacy. I always stuff tissue in the peephole.
