Bar staff was incredibly rude… and the hotel had no pillows? I asked for some they said they ran out!?

Upon entering, the room was immaculate and had the cozy feel! The guy who checked us in was super nice and welcoming too. Went to a soccer game right next door, so having a hotel within walking distance was perfect and so convenient! After the game, my guy and I ordered drinks and a pizza and salad from the bar. The Hawaiian flatbread wasn’t so great. It was a little cold and not so flavorful. Besides that minor issue, I’d stay again.

Everything about this property is amazing! The staff is amazing, especially Wissam, and Quasim! They are very hospitable. The food is also amazing! The rooms are always very well maintained and very quiet! 10/10 always
