Place is very convenient especially if you are trying to enjoy any event across the street at the earthquakes stadium. Personnel were super respectful and attentive. Hotel was super clean and the pool was amazing.

If you’re a first-time guest at this property, be very precise when placing your breakfast order with the cook. Unfortunately, the cook has an attitude and can come across as unfriendly. Overall, however, the staff—from the front desk to the housekeeping team and servers—are excellent and provide outstanding service.

Stayed for one night, but staff was friendly, room was clean, couldn’t ask for more.

Breakfast was really more than I was expecting. Everything was fresh and there were lots of options. Most hotels that accept dogs don’t put you in a nice room. These rooms had all that we needed and more. The room was lovely! I will always look for an Element any time I travel - with or without our fur babies!

Location for San Jose quakes games, Santa Clara University, SJ airport and Levi stadium are ideal. We stop here every time we are in Santa Clara visiting our son. There are three Element hotels in the area all are a superior choices to other mid price hotels
