Nice place to stay , breakfast not so good but I can score them 3star

I honestly do not recommend this place to anybody. Please don’t waste your money on this place. Save yourself the hassle. First of all before getting to the hotel, I would call to double check on the reservation n no answer. Then when we got to the room. There was some hair on the toilet. There was roaches. The sinks in my room had mold. The shower head wasn’t working too good. We did ask to get moved and they refused. So we had to stay being that we had already payed for a few days. Also they kept our deposit cuz they said we damaged their sheets. My wife and I we were on our honey moon. We had mad sex. All that was was sex juice a good wash would fix them sheets. One star was too much for this place.

Parking was fine. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned but was missing toilet paper. Overall it was a good experience.

It was different. You get paper with boxes to check what you want. But you really don't know what you're getting. I checked one and got some really good eggs and refried beans with flour tortillas. I didn't eat the beans. When we got in the room I stepped on a large wet spot. I got a towel put it on the spot and stepped on it. The white towel turned brown. I picked it up and went to the office with it. I girl got ugly with my told me there wasn't carpet in are room. I made her come check out the room and let her step in the brown water. She said oh you do have carpet and it's not that bad you'll be fine. Never afraid a different room.

Location Quiet Comfort No response on request for a room on first floor. Arrived and no first floor rooms were available on the first floor. Sink faucets squeaked loud when turned. Bath tub faucet hard to redirect water flow to shower head

The only thing was that breakfast was not served at the time they said it was on a Saturday.

The location The young female and young male front desk were extremely nice but the manager or owner ( who knows who the man was) was rude. He automatically wanted me to rent two rooms for a total of 4 adults and 1 child when the room had 2 queen beds in the room. It didn't make sense. I took it he didn't like the idea people rent from 3rd party apps. Booking put me in a 2 queen bed room and he didn't like it at all. They charge a $50 deposit for dirty or missing towels, comforters etc. The problem was I went in the room and the first thing I did was inspect the room and 2 towels were very badly stained. I did take them back to show them. I would've been charged if I didn't inspect them. I think he should worry more about fixing the hotel than worrying so much about towels. The doorknob from the restroom was extremely loose. I can keep going on the things that needed to be fixed in the room but it won't make a difference if I complain because he is so more worried about towels.So no, I will never return.

Rude as hell everybody that works there obviously are just there for the check cause when it comes to doing something they make faces ,everything is a struggle, IS NOT ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE THAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED $100 DEPOSIT UPON ARRIVAL, THEY LEAVE YOU NO OPTION WHEN THE MONEY YOU ALREADY PAID IS NON REFUNDABLE,SNEAKY AND UNPROFESSIONAL, breakfast is descent, kitchen staff, rude as hell,our shower would not throw cold water,only hot and they would not move us to a different room,overall I give it a cero,don't stay there,almost forgot some of the rooms have BED BUGS

The fact that the young man gave us a key that didn't work, then changed it to a room where the door wasn't even programmed the denied he gave us the room and said it was us misunderstanding what room he said.

Air conditioning was working that great. Water leaked from ac onto carpet

Deposit put down was never returned they stated it will be refunded the next day after checkout and it never happened. Water took about 10 minutes to get hot.

I always go the the Basilica, that's why I always go to visit the Virgin of Our Lady of San Juan. That's my main reason.
