I dont understand their policy when booking through a third party. Because I paid through a 3rd party, and I needed to make a change to my reservations by leaving early. They wouldn't give me the refund....and they didn't check me out of my room until the day on the reservation, not when I actually checked out which was 2 days earlier. So if something were to happen to that room, I would have to be responsible for it, even though I was not physically there. And from a business standpoint, why would you hold up a room when I could be rented out.

Our experience at check in was not good. We got there at night so the door was locked. The person (female) who opened the door remotely did not even looked at us. She did not smile or express any gesture at all. We did not feel welcome. The next day we came back at night. We said hi and she did not respond. We felt really bad about her attitude. We don’t want to come back to this hotel.

very friendly staff, greet every day night & day staff. Disappointed no free breakfast. I was visiting friends, by myself, felt very comfortable & secure. :)

Staff was very polite and helpful

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Closet had bar for hanging clothes, but they had to be squished against built-in shelving system. Odd design. Bathroom had cubby for towels but nowhere but countertop for toiletries. There was plenty of space under vanity for an additional cubby. Again, poor design. Mattress had a little sag to it. Worst part was the loud cars gunning their engines on the on-ramp all night long. We were on the 4th floor very close to Hwy 880. Request lower floor and on the opposite side if you book here. Also, bags of trash sat on the floor near the elevator most of the time during our 1 night stay.

Staff members are amazing

Clean room very good staff i’ve been to other Hilton’s and they give a free breakfast. I was expecting that for the price especially on a Sunday evening. It wasn’t a weekend however some get breakfast someday but that would be a thought.

Very great place just stayed for 1 night and it was very nice and relaxing hoping to come back soon

Other than those issues, our stay was pleasant overall.

room very musty, strong smells of cigarettes and pot throughout the hotel. hot tub very dirty. definitely not worth the money for vacation, this is more like a work hotel.

We come to this location a lot & this is the first & worst experience we ever experienced. The back door was broken & they didn't even put a out of order sign. I called for the receptionist to open the door & it took long for him to come open it. Other visitors open the door for us instead because they happen to be around the pool entrance area & once we got in,the receptionist was barely passing the elevator. I usually call for a 4th floor before checking in. Usually, they put a room on hold for us. I told the receptionist to put it on hold for me & he said ok, but it wasn't available once we were about to check in anymore. The room that was assigned to us which was room 310 was missing a light or a lamp. Even one on the 4th floor. Charging more than a $100 per night, they need to put more towels, upgrade the showers, add more lights, & replace missing lights.

No room service on the first day clogged toilet bath tub worn out and dirty requested clean towels and had to call a 2nd time they were taking to long overall not satisfied with the stay

Overall a good stay with one dog. Only down side was the AC wall unit which, when it came on, was very loud and windy at even the low fan setting.

Used my hotel.com rewards and they still charged us $113.43 contacted the hotel they say it was corrected but not true payment was processed and my hotel.com rewards gone.

What I don't understand is how breakfast was free to certain individuals. And some had to pay 15 bucks per person. Then I look at the hotel menu. It was expensive and not a lot of varieties to choose from.
