It was a nice stay, I would stay here again

The bed and pillows were great. That's my #1 concern. I had a great night's sleep.

The building smell so bad, like rotten food. The bathroom was not cleaned. Found hair and gum at sink.

The rooms and furniture where old and outdated. The tub was stained, the shower curtain were torn, the water pressure was low. The drawers would not stay closed, closet door came off the rail when trying to close it. There was tape holding one the elevator buttons on, lol. The pool and hot tub needed to be painted because from the 3rd floor it looked contaminated. Overall, it was about a two star hotel. I mean, I could sleep there, but it was definitely nothing special.

Although we did not use the pool, it looked very nice and well-kept. It seems they really go above and beyond in terms of keeping up the property, which incidentally is in short walking distance to restaurants and shops. For the price, this is one of the best deals around. We will certainly stay here again next time we are nearby. A+ all around!!! Thank you.

the three nights i was there were awful. Other guests across were having disputes out in hall; shouting to call 9-1-1 on each other. I think emergency services did arrive to mitigate the noise but it seemed like staff were not present for that.

Beautiful lobby wish the rooms were more updated and cleaner.. The jacuzzi was really bad.. other than than ok stay, another thing curtains in room let in a lot of light even when closed..

Clean room and staff helpful

The room was immaculate, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were very helpful. There was a pool that I didn’t swim in but I saw kids swimming in it and from the looks of it they were having a blast. I am very pleased and would I stay again. Most Definitely!! The price was affordable and the level of hospitality is on another level. I highly recommend. Lastly, the breakfast was not anything less than amazing. Omelettes, home made waffles (two kinds), sausage patties, homestyle potato’s, m many types of cereal, yougurts, toast bagels etc…

Good eggs and protein selections. Great staff and the pool and hot tube were very nice.

Breakfast was not great at all and beds were so uncomfortable. I always stay there when I go up to Hayward but now I’m rethinking of not staying there again. Hope they improve on the cooking quality of breakfast and hope they get new comfortable beds.

Room smelled wet when I stayed there. Doors creaked and walls are thin.
