The staff accommodated our last minute request to booked due to an error from our previous hotel. They are very generous to let us in earlier than the usual check-in time. Property is cleaned and well supplied. Thank you!!!

The property needs better maintenance.

The area seemed a little sketchy but it was fine. McDonald’s near by. The freeway was very close. The whole building was a little out dated but fine.

Breakfast was good, fresh eggs and bacon made by a lovely experienced staff who made sure food stayed fresh and replenished .

Exceptional hotel and a pleasant stay I recommend this place

Friendly staff, cleanliness of room, comfortable bed, toiletry supplies if needed, HVAC system works well and is very quiet, prompt housekeeping and maintenance service when needed, good breakfast and clean eating area Shower nozzle is too high for short people (last visit here I actually fell out onto the tile floor, attempting to reach it) Room curtains could use changing or possibly repairing so that they easily move)

Horrible location. Check in lady very nice.

I booked a handicapped accessible room and when I get there I’m told I’m on the second floor and I’m on a walker. I was very upset I couldn’t even sleep in my room and they did not give me a refund. Just terrible service all around
