Best Western Plus Inn of Hayward

Great location. Did not see any bugs at all.

Comfort Breakfast was all microwaced food

Room was not cleaned. Found candy on the floor and a dirty washcloth on the shower curtain rod

The staff was super nice

Was ok The person that checked me in.i have my lil dog with me like I always do.my dog is with me.she doesn’t say a word .2nd day. My key didn’t work i go to office older guy gives me new key and he says oh your dog is very quiet.next night one that checked me in says oh you have dog you must go you want me to leave she said you can leave in the morning so I leave and I say you owe me back refund for one night.people working said I need to talk to the boss on mom or Tuesday about refund.she sees me at heritage all the time. E er once said anything about my dog.was not in good mood cuz of dog situation.im homeless so i got stuck sleeping in my car cuz I couldn’t use my card to get another room the day i left early.between best western and heritage they’ve charged me for three nights I didn’t get to stay booted me early that’s about almost 300 dollars.

Close to the freeway Hot tub not working and the bed was really hard

Location Had to change rooms because key cards didn’t work in first room218, second room 211 key didn’t work kept having to get reprogrammed, they wanted to move us for second time, the room smelled like mold and dirt, there was hair under the cover on the sheets, sink had no cold water had to brush teeth with scalding hot water, this stay was extremely stressful and frustrating, had to keep going to office to get into our room. For $240 I expected none of this to have happened, I would have expected this from a hotel for $100, I have stayed at many other Best Westerns and never this bad

LOUD... room was fine but a little old and run down for the price. There were "complimentary" earplugs on the bedside table just to emphasize how loud the street was just outside the window.

parking is easy location is quite scary at night.

The café employee who served breakfast Mrs Ramona, has had to be the most Amazing part of our trip. She made my family feel like family, stood by our side, and had amazing conversations on the days we stayed Our trip was short

Close to work location. Light fixtures dont always work.

Was living there. It was uncomfortable with a shower that flooded the bathroom and a permeating smell of weed making us cough. Not good for kids/families

Nothing at all Fridge didn't work; mangement would not provide a replacement. Room smelled musty. Toilet seat was lose. Pillows and bed were the worst I have ever seen. We had to ask for more towels because we were given only a few. Hotel room door would not close unless a lot of pressure was applied.

The rug was dirty. Not clean. The 2nd room was not available till well after check in. I asks for a call but never received once available but never received a call. I had to go to the front desk in our return and they were slow in response to the availability of the 2nd room which was already paid for.

the white lady was very racist and told me the room i wanted they didnt have it any more when the asain guy told me someone was inb it so i couldnt rent it that day but it would be open thye next day the lady in front looked at me with a verry ugly look like a frown and said im noi giving this black man our hot tub room im gonna try to sue for defamation of charater fire her and dont let her wotk the front desk no where if she did it to me she would do it to someone elese

It was not bad, looks can be deceiving. Saw few broken glass on the ground that makes me think some theft does happen.

I don’t really leave reviews, but this issue still hasn’t been fixed. I booked through Booking.com with my Apple credit card, and when I checked in, they asked for another credit card just for security. After my stay, they ended up charging me again on that card even though I already prepaid. They still haven’t refunded me. Just wanted to warn anyone thinking about booking here.
