Clean room

We reserved 2 rooms for 3 days/2 nights for our visit in Hayward. One room had a lovely scent in the room and was very clean. The other room smelled horrible. The shower hair had hair on the walls. I told the front desk. She said she would have someone come spray the room and check out the shower. No ever came to our room.

I’m not the type of leaving a review but I have to point out how great our stay was. We are a big family of 6 and the room was super spacious and accommodated us very well. I was impressed to see they had a full blown kitchen . Dishes, full fridge and even a dishwasher. Beds were comfy and pillows were such good quality. Unlike anywhere else I’ve been. Super safe for a family stay. Will book again when I’m in the area!

Good service, clean room, well maintained, reasonable price

This is one of the best hotels I ever stayed at and would want nothing else but to stay here all the time I love the breakfast I love seeing my name on the TV when I walk in my room the staff is nice kind and very beautiful and bright knowledgeable about the amenities that they have wonderful place

Love the included breakfast, and the parking fee was only $7 per night. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was not as good as advertised. Easy and very safe location.

Great experience, especially with the staff (Brandy especially was incredibly thoughtful and helpful in providing all we needed). Breakfast was delicious as well!

Nothing Before we checked in the front desk went to check to see if the room was available. We waited 10 minutes. Than were told the room was cleaned. We go into the room and someone else’s belongings are in the room. We were in a rush for our kids performance so we got dressed and left. After the performance kids were in the room and staff let random people into the room to get their belongings. My kids hid when they heard the door open. This is unacceptable and not safe. My kids told me in the morning what happened. This is a safety and un sanitary. I need a phone call from a manager.

I checked in, dropped off my luggage to the room, come back a few hours later, key doesn't work and was told that my room was given to someone else. Was told I need to wait for supervisor before I can get my stuff out. I am lucky my belongings weren't stolen. Not sure how something like this can even happen.

Awesome!

Nice hot breakfast every day, small variation of the bread options if you stay for multiple days. Hot coffee and tea are available 24 hours in the lobby. Two computers are available for guests for quick research. Friendly staffs. Housekeeping is by request only, which is ok. Sometimes I would like only the trash to be removed, but they forgot to leave u a new trash bag.

The hotel looks brand new, plenty of parking around of course that means that we have to walk a little bit more but hey we can’t have it all The Location is good, quiet but there’s anything you may need at just few minutes drive Thank you I’m glad I stayed there.
