Over all it was a 3 on the scale. It was better then most of the hotels in the same price range. I would book a room there again

Need to cook breakfast for guests

This was not a pleasant stay. There was a strong smoke smell in the room, stained bedding, and mold on the walls/ceiling in the bathroom. We should have just left and found another place to stay and I was still considering it when it took me several hours to fall asleep. The walls are super thin and we could hear the TV in the next room and someone coughing in another. Breakfast was Nutrigrain Bars. This was definitely a case of you get what you pay for. We were pretty grossed out. 😕

First git there check in and couldn't get out my room the lock was broken so they got me out and switched rooms.....then I work up next morning to get the free complimentary breakfast and there was none....just nurta grain bars and coffee☹️.....I wouldn't recommend to a dog

Nothing Where do I start I’ll be honest first off I booked a handicapped room non smoking she tried arguing I booked smoking the only thing she did offer another room on the 3rd floor I said ok let’s look as long as there’s an elevator. She said one thing no tv it doesn’t work aka it was punched. Now fine I would use my laptop although there weee 2 new TVs sitting in the boxes right there. The room was filthy she refuses to give a discount. Oh and don’t look for breakfast it’s nonexistent you can have A coffee and A granola bar she emphasized A saying one per person… I didn’t even brunch them I had no choice if not I would have found another hotel thank god I was only there one night

Nothing they canceled my reservation and then called me back told me I had to make payment otherwise they wouldn't rent to me... they took my money and I didn't even check in because the donnor pass was snowing so they wanted chains on the vehicle. When I called and let them know they said oh well. Thats your problem I didn't like any of it

Clean room, staff was quick to attend, AC working and parking area was close to the room

We wased all our clothes and took car to get detailed So far we have not seen any at our home Also the lamp by the beds didn’t work

It's a very bad hotel smells bad

the front desk, they didn’t attend to me very well. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the whole area smelled like cigarette smoke, and the room was not very clean.

There was only one bed per room how do you and only one room with 2 beds

I was offered a ground floor room. The bed, TV, bathroom, shower, fridge, microwave oven, lighting, and wifi were great. A great pizza place across the street. My neighbor had their TV too loud but it didn't ruin my stay. Orange juice dispenser was out of order.

When we arrived, our room smelled horribly We had to ask for another room. Uncomfortable pillows there is no breakfast., they have a small table with coffee and fruit bars
