Room was big and clean

It was not good ,first one of the beds was not done and the breakfast was awful.

They took a $100 cash deposit. I left without it, but they put it back in my credit card, so it was OK. TV didn't work at first, and there was only one guy, who took time to come to my room.

Well, where to begin.... when we first got there i checked the room like i always do and i found a stove top that was dirty and rusty we had a NO SMOKING room, and both of the main blankets has burn holes in them my wife found black hair on bath towels the first night there and asked to get a replacement and we was told we can only get 2. We asked for the room to be cleaned one day and it was never cleaned the floor was still dirty and very sticky beds was not made up all the did was take out the trash and put towels in the bathroom. There were wires hanging from the ceiling where there used to be a smoke/fire detector. on another night my wife gave the kids a bath went to dry them off and there were huge black spots all over the towels she called the front desk and was only told " ok we will let housekeeping know " wasn't offered any towels to replace. on the first night there i went to turn on the tv and there was no remote control to it at all in the room I went to the front desk and the man behind it came up to the room looked thru it like i was lying then gave me a remote that only controlled the cable box it didn't control the power or volume on the tv we had to turn it on and off from the tv itself and not to mention the free breakfast it was stall bread old cereal and a waffle maker that didn't cook all the way. no fruit for the kids or juice and the whole motel STUNK it smelled bad as if they were trying to cover up all the weed smell.

I ended up not staying. The room smelled and the carpet was ragged and the couch had a hole. The front desk clerk was kind enough to return my money.

The hotel bedsheets were awful and had black prints on them. They offered to exchange the sheets but they were still dirty. Everything else was okay though. 5/10
