Heritage Inn Express Hayward

This room was supposedly non smoking but smelled strongly of old cigarettes. Not very clean.

Showed staff pictures of And vide of bed bugs And bed bug bites on my son. They said to just call hotels.com.

They said to Just call hotels.com about our experience. I even took a video of a bed bug crawling across the mattress.

Room is clean, nothing is broken, electronics were working without any issues. Stuff were very polite and helpful to us. Parking is no problem.

I wasn't impressed

The room was not clean.

The entire place was dirty

Our room # 206 smells of smoke. No shower curtain, the carpet was yucky. The only thing that was fine was the TV. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to the uncleanliness of the beds and floor, which had hairs on it. We were also provided with only two towels that weren't clean.

The room also had an odor when we walked into the room.

This is hands down the worst place I have ever stayed.electricalourlets dontwork smoke detector does not work. No clean towels charged me for a room that I never stayed in then charged an additional $50.00. Smoke detector in my room did not work. I am filing a complaint with

You get what you pay for. If you are looking for a really nice place with great amenities, then this is not for you. If you are looking for a decent place just to lay your head at night for a decent price, then this place will do. Some sketchy people hanging around the place. Bed was very comfortable for me, but I like it pretty soft.

The staff was really helpful and friendly, but the place was pretty disorganized and not well maintained

The room had a slight weird smell to it but wasn’t intense

The floor in the room was completely dirty and sticky the sheets were not clean the room smelled like cat and dog

Unfortunately, our stay was not very comfortable. There was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which affected our overall experience.

This property has passed it's glory days.the staff was incredibly pleasant, but the facility needs upgrades. I won't hold the neighborhood against them.
