Great property, very clean and close to many amenities.

Great hotel near the airport and lots to do . Super clean and the bed was HUGE and comfy . Would sty again . Virtual reception was awesome . Very modern and had everything we needed

My Expedia itinerary is: 72074652582927, check in June 27, check out June 30. We stayed for 3 nights. The first night is ok, everything is prepared. 'The second night: the room was not cleaned at all, no clean towls, no bottle water, no snak bars. I have to go to the front dest, speak with the virtual assistant who promised to bring in the towl and get everything in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, nothing happened. I have to go again, the virtual help told me to get the towls from the babinet, and promised thing will change the next day. The next day: same thing happened again, I have to go and get the towls again. The virtual help promised to tell the manager and give me a reply the next morning. But the next morning nothing happened, nobody said anything. We have to live with the old towls (piled up in the room) and the trash for 2 days, buy the bottle water. the snack bars.

The front desk service was excellent. None.

The room was basic but great for the value, especially for only one night. Zero staff to be seen. Your check in is all done virtually by someone behind a screen who knows where. Very difficult to understand, spotty connection, impersonal, and oftentimes had his mic muted for me and other customers. This hotel uses pin codes, not physical keys. The morning of our checkout, we went to get coffee and returned around 9am, well before checkout, to find our pin code not working. Walked all the way back down to the lobby and virtual agent, who said our pin code expires on check out day. It's not check out time yet! What if someone just needs to grab something from the car? Ultimately the agent had to issue 4 new codes before one worked. That was enough to keep me from returning.

I always love staying at the Catrina because of how convenient it is to everything. Also it's got a very cool vibe!

Very good but didn't have glass bathroom

The rest of my stay was just ok. The room was fine, but not good either - though nothing I would have complained about in isolation (no one in person at the front desk, towels had faint staining, blinds didn’t close properly and let a lot of light in at night). The real issue for me was the aforementioned cockroach.

Didn’t expect much. Didn’t get much. Decent place, Worth the price.

I would remove the “hotel” piece. Its a motel with updated rooms. The bathroom wasn’t 100% clean, there were still some hairs left from the previous occupants. The walls were also very thin. Our next door neighbor was singing very loudly having a party. Overall, if you want a relatively OK priced placed to stay and sleep, this is fine. I recommend bringing ear plugs for any noisy neighbors.
