I like the pool and little gym. The breakfast is exceptional. Waffle maker is a big hit with the kids. They have healthy options including fresh spinach, egg white omelet, oatmeal and nuts and seeds and fruit! Comfortable lounge. Unlimited coffee.

Great place to stay if you need or want the ability cook meals. Close to everything Eben SF. Love this place, will stay again.

Spacious/ clean room with nice kitchen area

I grew up in the Bay Area so I knew the area was in a safe location. However upon arrival, I saw lots of questionable people outside just hanging out in the lot, smoking. I already didn’t get a good feeling about the place. We went into the hotel and it was VERY run down and outdated compared to another location, same hotel. We found that the water heater door was left OPEN and there were a lot of damage to the floors. My children almost slipped on a huge hole in the floor. We were about to fall asleep around 11pm and we heard people outside drinking and heavily smoking. Lots and lots of people were coming by and it was part of a group next door to us. They had brought people not staying at the property. They took over the pool and they made us feel so unsafe after we saw bottles of alcohol outside, them being loud and finally we saw what looked like drugs. I will never stay here again and I even reported it to the office. They seemed to be okay with it and give zero fcks! They said their manager would call me that following Monday (it was friday) and they never called nor cared. This place is the worst stay I’ve ever had in my life. Everything was 0/10.

Clean room with complete kitchen. My only wish would be the bathroom sink separated from the bedroom.

Just a quick one nighter before leaving very early for the airport but the staff was nice and efficient, the premises were clean and the room was clean and spacious, which included a nice kitchen though we never used it. Missed the breakfast also.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at very clean and it literally looks like a little studio. If you’re traveling I need anywhere to stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Train staff to be more helpful, more personal with guests concerns and issues either at check-in or overall stay

I had no problem with anything. I was well situated for me to get around to all areas of town

The pool was being drained and cleaned so I didnt get to experience that amenity. There were a couple guys drinking outside my room late, but thats not necessarily on the hotel. Just an annoyance with the sound of their talk and clinking bottles and waking to their empties strewn about.

Very helpful staffs and good hotel. Breakfast was the best I ever had.

Everything was seamless and nicely maintained

应该是个商务型酒店，周五周六房价便宜，工作日房价就比较高。这次美国国庆假期定到了地板价，才130刀房费。设施房间都挺好的。沙发床的床上用品在进门的橱柜里。一开始没找到，两人共用一条被子挺不方便的。

Quiet location, nice staff and better than average breakfast. Clean spacious room and reasonably priced.

I like how the staff is always helpful and accommodating. It is in a great location.
