Amazing stay! Highly recommend. Indoor pool was clean and no humidity. Had open ceiling window for fresh air flow. Food was amazing and staff were helpful and very friendly. Went with my family and grand kids loved it!

The first room we got was right by the elevators, smelled like chlorine, and had an indoor-facing window with absolutely no privacy. When I asked to switch, the manager immediately shut me down and said they were fully booked. He didn't even try to see what he could do until I suggested switching us with someone who hadn't checked in yet. After checking again, he found us a balcony room at the end of the hall on the top floor. Sadly, that room wasn't any better—it was noticeably dirty and poorly maintained.

AC in the room is so loud. Loud music from the club downstairs can be heard in the room.
-
The staff and service is amazing. Everyone we talked to was very helpful. Rooms are a bit outdated and the ac made a lot of noise.

The room was good, there was a little noise because it was at the 92 highway side

The Crowne Plaza was a very positive experience. Upon arrival there was a problem with the air conditioning in my room, but the front desk and the technician were helpful to move me to another room. I absolutely loved the bed and the pillows, the bed was very luxurious. The shower head, which often is a problem in many hotels, had fantastic water pressure. I actually don't think I've ever seen a shower head like that. The breakfast area was very nice and well decorated, I enjoyed having breakfast there. I appreciated the complimentary parking. I plan to stay there again.
