Another overall fantastic stay at Embassy Suites. Check-in was a disaster because their computer system was down. Some people had to wait 3 hours to check in. We only had to wait an hour, at which time they walked us to our room. After the bad check-in, everything went well. Room, staff, breakfast were all outstanding.

Stayed here for 8 days. There was a permanent smell of sewage coming from my room. Had to buy a candle and spray. It smelled like a sewer! Manager just said “huh”. Good location but dirty. Food outside of rooms was not picked up for days! Saw two cockroaches near the restaurant.

Arrived on A Friday. 3:30 for 4:00 check-in. System down. Not able to check in. Needed to be at a 80th birthday party at 6:00.they started manual check in at 4:30. Had to wait in line again. Then taken to room with no room keys. Had to stand in line later to get real keys. Third time in long lines. Late for 6.00 party. Pool closed next day. Lights in parking lot out every night. Hard to see to park and walk to hotel door. Watched one person fall. Terrible experience and I usually never complain about anything.no going back to that place and way overpriced

The property was excellent. The swimming pool was ice cold.

The one thing that put a damper on our stay was the breakfast. We were there a half an hour before the end of it and when we arrived there was no food left. When I asked about it, staff member said it would be out in a few minutes and it check probably about 10 minutes before sausage was out. Then longer for hash browns and then bacon. It was kind of frustrating. I've been there a couple times before and I haven't had this problem.

Dirty hotel. Had to ask to get room cleaned. Parking was a joke. They charged extra fees after the fact. They sent a email after checkout confirming the parking fee

The bathroom was dirty and didn’t look like it was cleaned. The on site restaurant had good food and service.

The evening reception for July 4th at $400 a night was awful, terrible, sad! Never again for that price!

The property was conveniently located. Breakfast omelets were delicious! The afternoon cocktails and snacks created a nice place to meet with other travelers. The on-site restaurant was overpriced, the food was bland, and the ambience bright and loud.
