Villa Inn

I enjoyed my stay. The bed was a bit lopsided, both sides were little uncomfortable but I was so tired I slept well. The shower head when the water was turned on sprayed right out the shower door when open it was hard to aim it correctly so it wouldn't do that. The continental breakfast of this very common but the woman who helped was very sweet.

I had a late check in & the front desk lady was super nice. This was a solo trip and I was working late at the Marin County fair-which is real close & easy to get to from the Inn. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast by 5-10 minutes-got there at 9:55am and the closed sign was already on the door. My fault. I have always had a nice stay at the Villa Inn.

Convenient to downtown, freeways and civic center. Bus stop to civic center right in front of property. Okay breakfast. Good happy hour selections. Clean rooms. Nice, firm mattresses. Inexpensive laundry room and vendor machines onsite. Free, ample parking. Recommend and would stay again.

Breakfast was pretty basic

The room could use a bit of a deep cleaning. The furniture was pretty old and marked up a lot. The carpets and chairs were so dirty and could use a deep cleaning as they were both pretty stained. I needed to put a towel down to sit on the chairs and did not take off my socks the entire stay. The office chair was really ripped up. The heater/air conditioner was so dirty inside and out I wouldn't use it at all making my stay pretty stuffy because I couldn't open the window which is also a fire danger. The bed mattress was also pretty old and not the most comfortable and only two pillows for a queen bed. On a good note the Bathroom was clean and looked pretty new. It had a clean microwave and a pretty big clean refrigerator. One deep clean of this room, 4 pillows, and a unripped office chair would have earned a 5 star review.

Extremely friendly front desk. Modern card key system and great amenities for this price point. Very Clean rooms. Great location just off of 101, with bus stop outside. Descent breakfast from 7-10AM. Overall great stay!

Room smelled horribly. Loudest neighbors ever. Slamming the door all night. Right next to the freeway. Not worth the “deal” when there’s more options available. Pay the extra money for a better stay.

This is an older property but is very well maintained. The breakfast is described as Continental, but is much closer to a full breakfast. I had a problem with my keycard on the second day. I went to the front desk (manned 24 hours a day) explained the problem and after some diligent verification he fixed me right up for my second night. The value is super and I will definitely stay here again!

Nice but older motel. Nice restaurant on site!

This is an older hotel that was clean, orderly and had all of the things we needed. Complimentary breakfast including scrambled eggs and waffles. Fruit (pineapple yesterday) and bananas, orange juice, several types of cereal and milk, bagels and cream cheese. There is also a small fridge with freezer and microwave, plug ins for phones and lamps at bedside. The tv had a few movies on their channels. The room felt and smelled clean (no black socks like other hotels). The parking is a little tight but we never had to use the spare parking in the back. We will be back again 🤗

We were at the hotel on business. The staff was very helpful in finding a location for us to park our pickup and trailer.

I didn't complain because we got in the hotel late,but next day I saw other rooms with wooden,fresh floor and nice smell. The staff very nice and helpful. Lady in the restaurant makes waffles and breakfast on request but only till 8-8.30. If you come after 9 (breakfast till 10) there won't be much food left.

Vending machine took my 1.50 but did not deliver soda drink.

Clean and comfortable. Very satisfied.
