Well maintained and clean older property. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Located close to Hwy 101 with easy access. A big plus is the adjoining Italian restaurant..

The Staff was very courteous and helpful. The area was perfect and I must Say the Restaurant La Toscana was perfect. I did a to go order and the Chicken Marsala was delicious. Checkout was fast and easy too.

It was fine. The location is not near anything as far as food. It’s in the middle of a neighborhood but if you have a car it’s not a big deal. Quiet.

We were able to check in early, which was nice when traveling with small children. We had a room with 2 queen beds and the room was huge! It is dated, but still nice and clean. We had 2 rooms and neither had towels, but I was able to get them quickly from the front desk with no issues. Super convenient location, we were able to grab some breakfast from the restaurant and all was good. I love these little off beat places. Would totally stay again.

I had to ask that my room be changed because the room assigned to me had a window that would not close fully and that came out of its track when I attempted to slide it closed. I ended up holding the window in my hands. The phone would not work because the cable would not stay in the handset, and the Wi-Fi was extremely weak. (I found the Wi-Fi to be weak and unreliable in both rooms – strong only in the restaurant area.) There was also a section of carpet that was severely frayed exposing the layers underneath. The room I was moved to was moderately better maintained, but the TV remote didn’t work necessitating another call to the front desk, the chairs were smudged, and the shower drain was clogged so I ended up standing in 3 inches of soapy water each morning after my shower. That said, bedding linens were clean and towels were ample and clean. To the management‘s credit, they are very friendly and eager to help. The included breakfast is a continental breakfast with packaged pastries, bagels, fresh fruit like bananas, cut pineapple, and oranges (when available - not consistently), cold cereal, rubbery scrambled eggs in some days and made-to-order waffles. For the price, expect an “OK” stay with a management willing to help out, but I wouldn’t expect it to be problem-free.

1 issue with my stay. The shower drain and bathroom sink did not drain. At best I would get 45 seconds of water in the shower, before the basin filled with water and overflowed and flooded the bathroom. The rooms are vintage, and outdated, however, they were clean. A decent continental breakfast. Beware, all snack and soda machine access is closed off when the manager goes to bed at 9:30. This also goes for laundry access. They will lock you out from your items in the machines, and not allow you to access then until 7am the next day.

Pleasant and comfortable stay; had to keep the window open for air as I found the second night that HVAC unit was not working.
