Villa Inn

Great location. A little noisy from street but good with window closed. Nice little restaurant on property.

The door to the room barely closed. It appeared as though it’s been kicked in before. The front desk guy disappeared & would answer the phone when I was calling to change the room. We slept with a chair propped under the handle.

We were provided room 17 which did not have any bed lamps or clock plugged in as there were no plugs on the wall. Did not appear to be ready to be occupied and needs some work. We’ve stayed several times at Villa Inn and this was a very bad experience. We will obviously not want to stay in this room again and don’t recommend it to others.

Great location, room was quiet and had a few upgrades, staff was excellent, restaurant onsite, free parking.

Room was exactly what we needed shower was Devine. I have been staying at this hotel over the past 25 years and zi keep coming back!

Rooms are clean, restaurant is excellent.and staff are friendly and helpful. Easy access to 101 north and south.

It's an older motel/Inn. It has a charm!

It was nice to have a shower cap, which most places don't provide. The bed linens were clean and fresh. Part of the room was nicely remodeled with marble; the microwave and refrigerator were useful and worked well; the shower seemed new and had a good stream of water; the curtains were in good shape and worked well; the staff brought us fresh towels without being asked, and the shampoo they provided was very nice; the front desk personnel were helpful & responsive; and the breakfast was good, eggs were hot, waffle (on request) was very good, restaurant was clean, and the restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. On the other hand, the bathroom doorknob was missing a screw, which made it harder to use, consequent to which the door had obviously been kicked in at one time; the bathroom door was coming apart; the rug needed cleaning; some furniture was old, faded and cheaply made; and the neighborhood seemed sketchy.

Nice place. You would never know Hwy. 101 was so close. Clean, friendly & easy to get to.

Only real issues was no iron in room or ironing board, and the shower head needs a good cleaning from the water can Calcium build up Other than that we had a very welcoming pleasant stay, and will contine to come back. Been coming to this Hotel for almost 30 years.

That it had a restaurant and free parking

The odor in the room is penetrating and lasting. If you have to stay, bring air spray.

Room was clean. A gentleman who worked there gave us some great ideas of places to go to view the Golden Gate Bridge. Enjoyed out stay.

Decent single queen bed room, spacious but was missing cloth hangars. Clean but had a few cockroaches keeping me company.

The room was clean and quiet and the mattress was comfortable although the pillows were very hard.

Kinda of dated but nice staff. Area was kinda sketchy. Rooms were updated, water pressure good
