The elevator didn’t work. The hot water didn’t work. It was terrible!!!!!
-
No hot water for the entire 4 nights I stayed and never had a maid even knock to see if anything was needed only good thing about the motel was there breakfast

The hotel is experience at the facility was less than satisfactory was not informed that the elevator was down. And out there while I’m checking in the lady at the desk informed me they were having hot water issues. One was a morning when you came over, ready a lot, the extreme hot and unable to cool town. The experience that I had with this, took my shower in the morning at 4:30 not a pink hour. The water was cold and was not able to get it warmed up at all. I am not 100% sure that I would recommend in this hotel.

I got there and the lady wasnt at the front desk. I had to call a number and about 5 minutes later she showed up. The elevator didnt work because of the shifting of the ground so I had to take all my luggage up the stairs and nobody asked if I needed help. Plus the stair area was pretty scary, dont go alone if youre a woman. There was also a sign that the hot water wasnt working. Every shower I took was freezing!!! I couldnt even wash my hair!! All this was extremely frustrating because I paid more money for this hotel and I wasnt able to enjoy my stay. I should of satyed at the Hampton and paid a couple hundred less.

The elevator didn’t work and had no hot water

Location was great and staff was friendly. Broken elevator with no remedy or solutions provided beyond cancellation. Our shower took 15 minutes to produce luke warm water.

Cons: Elevator was down and I came across an older review from 2025 regarding this, so it seems to be a recurring issue. There is only one laundry unit on the first floor for all guests. Didn’t like the locks for the room, could be better.

You have 5 start hotel staff, you should maintain the hotel to their level of service!!
-
No elevator, didn’t get the room I requested , tv was dark contrast , ac sounded like an airplane engine, no coffee maker in the room and best of all no hot water lol
-
Your staff was great, breakfast and coffee were good! We knew the elevator was broken when we booked the room, when we arrived the window shade in our room was broken, they did come fix that, but the real deal breaker was the COLD WATER!!! I had booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms had cold water, not much fun getting ready for a wedding with cold showers!!! Supposedly the hotel has damage from an earthquake or a tornado and they are waiting for insurance, hotel is in dire need of repairs. I would not recommend it to anyone until the repairs are completed. My nephew was able to just get charged for 1 night, they would only give me 50.00 off on my room and my other nephew didn't get anything!

Very clean. Good breakfast. Staff was very personable. The elevator hasn’t worked for months. If we hadn’t arrived at 1 in the morning I would have gone somewhere else because the only available room was on 4 th floor. Hot water shortage in the morning.

Breakfast was good, Elevator didn't work, that sucked. I saved $50 a night by moving to the best western plus.
-
Good location and parking. Elevator wasnt working but did not impact our stay.

Hour drive tired and ready to check in to my reserved room. When I reminded them I was checking in with a dog they said only dogs 25 lbs or less (and no cats!) the front desk agent denied me a room because my golden retriever weighed over 25 lbs. I was left searching for a room at 11 pm when I thought I was just going to my room. I had to drive 25 miles to find a room. The “pet friendly” billing was misleading and I fault the hotel and Expedia for not making their limit clearly visible on the website. I then spent a couple hours trying to connect with a human to get a refund of the paid reservation. That took a while with AI bouncing me around until they finally figured out I needed to speak to a human. Finally my money has been refunded but the experience was very disappointing

The property was really clean, great breakfast Elevator didn’t work and my pregnant wife had to walk up to the 4th floor. Was not posted on booking and they couldn’t move rooms. Then hot water/water pressure stopped working while taking shower. Had to stand there and wait for the water pressure to come back to rise off the soap.

We had to ask for another room as soon as we walked in because the bathroom REEKED of pee. The staff was kind enough to immediately accommodate us & upgraded us to a king size room with a couch pullout. However, when we got back to our room later that night, we realized there was no bedding for the pullout. When we called down to ask for it, we were told we had to go down to the desk for it. Oh, by the way, the elevator was broken & we were on the top floor! And it was at 1:15 am. The window had zero blackout shades, so the city lights were shining into our room all night. There were minimal towels. I would give this hotel a 2.5 - 3 star rating.

The hotel was pretty nice, they are under some construction. The elevator was out of use which is a huge inconvenience. Would have been nice to know that upon booking, not find out when we showed up. The tile in our room just outside of the bathroom was lose. The beds were hard, not comfy at all.
