Hampton Inn Tulsa-Sand Springs

The location was great. There were roaches in the bathroom. The room was damp and smelled like mold/sout smell. Corners in bathroom were dirty. Carpet was not vacuumed.

Nice and simple. A quiet and comfortable stay

Upon entering the property, I found the front desk to be empty, but two men seated nearby in the lobby. One of them got up and went straight to an office space and pulled the front desk agent out to assist me. The front desk agent was carrying freshly baked cookies for the lobby. I assume the man was either management or ownership, and regardless of which, it was striking how they retrieved the employee to help me, and at no point addressed a guest themself in any way. The Front Desk agent herself though was kind and efficient in helping me check in and in giving direction. Thankfully the staff I interacted with and witnessed in this stay were all in contrast to the man who was my first impression of the place. The room itself was lovely, well cleaned, and comfortable. My only issue with the room was the sliding barn door design for the closet/bathroom. The door was loosely tracking, and on top of that, didn't snugly close over the entry to the bathroom, so it largely seemed pointless and made no sense as to privacy within the room or as to its use. Loved the breakfast service and the staff interactions were all attentive and kind. Unfortunately, we didn't feel safe to use the pool since it was heavily clouded and needed cleaning/filtering and some shocking. Despite the noted issues, we enjoyed our stay here and if ever we're in the Tulsa area again, we would absolutely consider this location again.

I put in reservation for handicap room because I needed a handicap ♿️ room but I was first sent to the 2nd floor to a room with water leakage from the toilet, I was told there were no handicap rooms available which my point is this should I should have sent this information to my email as a response to my request before I arrived but then I had to come back down to desk then given a different room on the first floor just fyi....

Staff was really helpful.

Not a thing No hot water, maid service did not make the beds or pick up all the dirt towels. The phone didn't work. The USB plugs didn't charge anything. The breakfast was awful

Breakfast was great! The pool Was not open

The room had a mildew smell, the pool was unfortunately not working. The toilet seat was broken. Other than that, the staff was great, cookies were good and a/c was great!

Nice facility and staff were very good and professional. Clean room very comfortable beds.

Pulled in at 1am to find out our reservation (that we booked through Expedia) wasn't available. Not only did we have to wait 20 min at the desk (no bell or anything) the desk clerk was very rude to us. She acted like it was our fault and wasn't helpful in the least.

room 207 had problems...water from shower leaked out on floor.....toilet had difficulty flushing once?? I think this hotel is old and needs an update......could have been just my room?...breakfast is good.

Amenities are good. Breakfast however was a hard pass they didn’t have hardly anything

The beds are clean, the floors not so much, bring slippers. The pool was closed for maintenance and basically the whole place needs some TLC and updating and could be a really great place.

Al llegar la persona de enfrente nos atendió muy amable ocurrió algo muy chistoso sólo medio una llave y miró cuatro personas y era una cama king y dijo quieren que les de dos camas le dije pero son dos cuartos o perdón no no me avía dado cuenta nos reímos todos

Room was clean breakfast was very good pool didn’t look very good as bottom was green looked like algae. We stayed here for convenience but will like ok for a different hotel next time.

Exceptional

Breakfast was good. The tub had a finish peeling off. The water in the shower was impossible to turn off. This hotel looked like it was aging and need of repairs. We generally stay at Hampton because they are nice and clean, but this one didn’t meet our standards.
