Hampton Inn Tulsa-Sand Springs

When arriving front Desk representatives was real friendly at check in he advised me that I only reserve a 1 bed king size. My fault. He got me in with 2 queen beds room but room was not ready wait it for a while then notified me that room is ready upon entering room trash was left behind some on floor and waist baskets so I picked it up then noticed that room was not vacuumed and rest room door was damaged and would not close right. Plus there was a smell in the room and it smelled like mildew so I notified front desk and yes they fixed the problem and moved me to another room. Thank you staff for the response and moving me to another rooms

The staff was great I had a couple special requests and the front desk staff was very helpful

Breakfast was really the only good thing here.

TV in room did not work whole time we were there, no exhaust fan in bathroom, breakfast was very good, room was clean, staff cleaning room were very helpful, breakfast staff were very good and friendly.

Not bad for a 20 year old remodel. Beds are not the best. Air conditioning was missing vent pieces and did not cool properly. Property was in need of TLC. Overall not a bad stay. Not a $100 room, more like an $80 room.

Great place to stay!

Great breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was especially comfortable. Nice fitness center (however the TV on the wall wasn’t working). Personable staff.

Outdated needs new carpet smelled like there was mold

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. The pool area needs some work, and the pool was very cold. The rooms need some upgrades.

I only book this location because of the review, and how great it was. When I arrived, the building smelled like cigarettes mixed with room spray to mask the smell. Even my kids were like "mom what is that awesome smell". I finally changed room after 30 minutes because the smell was awful and giving me the worse migraine. The next room we were assigned to was a little better, they were missing the extra sheets for the sofa bed. Luckily we brought our own blankets and made due. The shower was missing the body wash, water temp was ok. We always pick a hotel with a pool as my kids love swimming. The pool was not the best looking. It was green looking, and not clear like other Hamptons we've been to. The front desk lady who help me was super nice.. didnt catch her name, and love that they had cookies from 5-9. Breakfast again, was ok. Wish they woul serve bacon instead of sausage.. but that's my preference. Enough to get us through the morning until lunch time. Ilwhen check out, told the Manager my issue and he just looked at me like I was crazy or wrong.. anyway. This location could be a great one if they fix those issues. Also those scents freshener thing, if they use a cleaner smell or one that is less noticeable, might not be bad. Anyway, I love staying at the Hampton, but this location im not sure i want to come back too.

Staff were super friendly and efficient during check in. Room was perfect for my husband and our son. He slept on the pull out bed. The ac did accumulate a bit of water on top of it. Breakfast was good. Perfect location to our even at the BOK center and places to eat.

The rooms were very humid, and when we would wake up, the sheets would be damp from all the moisture in the air.

Location for a classic car. Price!! especially since i booked in advance and Tulsa cut the Capitol cruise event short and shafted so many people. Not hotels fault but they sure took advantage of the planned event price wise. Iv stayed at a lot of nicer Hampton inns for less with no reservations.

Clean and quiet. Very good breakfast, nice variety
