Magnuson Hotel Sand Springs - Tulsa West

Breakfast is ok, and though there was no hot options except for waffles, right next to the hotel is Waffle house open 24/7.

Bug in bed and dirty sheets can't even get a refund even partial so now I sleep in my car

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast wasnt that great.

The rooms are clean. We had a problem with the lights in our room and were moved quickly to a different one. The staff was very courteous and helpful

The location was convenient and the staff was friendly. The room was gross. There was food stuck to the wall. The toilet paper holder was missing and the toilet paper was sitting on the floor. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag.

Lock on the door was broke when we first got there, ceiling tile sagging from water damage, carpet felt moist, rain came in and flooded by door, toilet handle had to be held down several minutes to flush, the hot water went out had to wait to take a hot shower, unfortunately the bed was so hard, breakfast just waffles and cereal but was good.... not sure why this year was a completely different experience than when I stayed last year, maybe they need to do some repairs on this room idk... the housekeeping ladies were so very nice and helpful with the water coming in the door

The room There was no elevator to the second floor.

Staff was very polite. The room was clean, just very outdated but I didn't mind. Bed linens were clean and comfortable. The breakfast lacked in variety but met my needs. Not a bad place for one night and the price.

Very clean and good neighborhood. Does not look like much on outside but inside was good. Breakfast could have been better , like no butter for waffles etc. Coffee was great . Would stay again!!

It was not alright life's tough get a helmet .

Clean room . Friendly staff and late checking available. I checked in 2.00am. Please let them know that you are arriving late

The price. The property felt unsafe. Breakfast was not as advertised. Sheets on the beds were not properly washed, if washed at all. The rooms smelt horrible of cigarette smoke. Smoke detectors were covered. Walls and carpet were dirty. Sinks and tubs were broke and had cigarette burns on the side.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Keys didnt work on the ourside door, had to walk around. Staff was friendly and helpful though

We had a nonsmoking room booked ahead of time and when we arrived you said we need to take a smoking room . We said no the room smells horrible strong . We asked for our money back but you refused!

Very rundown and a bit sketchy.

Clean room. Seat on stool was broken. Kept sliding around making lid hit your back.😅 Staff were lovely. Breakfast, so, so. Needed some protein, cheese or eggs, etc. Air conditioning worked fine.

Place resembles a drug den. Dark and poorly lit inside. Rooms are small and dark. I checked out as soon after I saw the interior. I will not pay for this place

Ac could play freeze out. The staff always helpful and in a good mood. Breakfast is simple but fresh.

Beds and chair need to updated.

The room was clean but the beds need to be updated, they are a little worn out. The chair in the room had to be covered with a towel before I’d sit on it, needed to be cleaned or replaced.
