The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was what you'd expect. Not great, not awful. The room left something to be desired. The mattress had a big divot in the middle, the floors were worn and, overall, the bathroom and common areas need updating.

I loved our room with the extra sofa bed, which was perfect for the kids. This is the second time we stay here and have had a great experience. So close to many, many shopping centers and restaurants. The staff was very helpful.

Excellent property friendly staff. The hotel is older and needs some upgrades. Some mold on the caulk around the tub, which needs to be removed. Doors were hard to open. Over nice hotel.

Location Dirty, dingey

Close to Cedar Point. Staff was wonderful. The air was not working Maintenance came in on Sunday attempted to fix it. When we got back to our room it was making an awful noise so the maintenance man had to change the air conditioner out. He was wonderful and fixed it. The toilet broke as well but they did fix it. The room was out dated and the beds were not that great. It really needs to be updated better for the mo run you spend

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve stayed in a while!!! The side tables were dirty and had chew spit still all over them and the room smelled like cigarette smoke so bad and it was nonsmoking room. The refrigerator was warm inside so we had nowhere for our medication to go. The bathroom had no shampoo or conditioner. The floors were black from dirt build up and didn’t look like anything was cleaned. The bed sheets looked remade. Will never stay again. The pictures were NOT this hotel. Also no damn elevator and asked for an accessible room

The pool was disappointingly dirty. The skimmer doesn't seem to be operating, there was a thick layer of bugs on the pool. It was not possible to stay outside the pool as flys and gnats were swarming.

Our room key didn’t work and required several trips to the front desk. After being fixed, it still didn’t work. We were locked out of the building in the rain. There ceiling was in poor condition and had a patch on it. There was an odor in the room and hallways. Staff were friendly.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. However it’s an older property and the cleanliness wasn’t what I am use to. I questioned if the sheets were new or if the bathroom was clean . The breakfast was decent .

Yes. The bedding had ejaculation stains and it fell so bad. Called to report they gave us sheet to change it. I find this disgusting and deplorable of a hotel asked a guess to change the sheets for them. We brought sheets and slept in the other bed.

Breakfast is a little hectic with the two Waffle makers and with people standing around waiting for thier Waffles, in a tight dinning area.

I have no idea what happened since the last time we stayed here but this visit was poor. We usually have a great experience when we stay at this hotel as we have been the last few years when we come to cedar point but this time was way below the bar. Room was not that clean, bed sheets looked as if they were not changed as they looked slept in and all they did was fix the bed up, toilet was leaking not a good feeling stepping on a soaking wet towel, half a roll of toilet paper provided upon arrival, no tissues for the room and no cable for two days in the room. Room key also kept disconnecting and we had to go up to get our cars reactivated to get into the building and the room. They did offer a $20 refund each day we didn’t have cable hoping I still get my $20 refund for the second night and for the inconvenience we had with everything with the room all they offered me was a $50 refund when I spent near $600 for this room with the two refunds it was still $511 for a subpar experience. I don’t know if management changed since last year but we have never had an experience like we did this time hope next time it is better when we come down for Halloweekends if not we will probably look for a new place to stay when we come down for cedar point. Also hoping someone from management reaches out and makes this right not the lousy $50 refund that we got for the poor condition of the room.

The beds were caved inward in the center and it was impossible to get comfortable. There were hairs from prior guests in the bathroom. The carpet was very dirty.
-
The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient to Cedar Point. The facilities are definitely a bit dated and could use some updating, especially the carpets in the halls and stairs. The bathroom tub has also seen better days.

Perfect stay near Cedar Point. Nice property, friendly staff, good breakfast and close to the park.

Well, it’s not entirely horrible . But it’s not nice. Multiple things in the room were broken, the stairways were filthy, the beds were hard and furnishings worn. On the bright side the breakfast was plentiful and included warm options like eggs and waffles. Next time we will try elsewhere, but if you’re on a strict budget this place will do in a pinch.

location was very good to Cedar Point. The bed was comfortable. Rooms were sad. Very little lighting. Sheets on the beds were not made up correctly. We paid more to have a jacuzzi room and the surfaces of the jacuzzi were slimy and unappealing. Lobby was not clean.

It was decent in a pinch. Got stuck had to stay. Good rates, close to where I was stuck.
