Sandusky Inn

The property was clean and everything was in working order. The location was convenient for my son and I who were headed to cedar point on this trip. The room and bathroom were a little small so I think a family of four might feel a little tight squeeze, but it was perfect for two of us.

very helpful clerk (late checkin / early coffee, friendly. bathroom was a small closet-size room for 1 person - my disabled son needs assistance from time to time which was a bit difficult since the door opened an inch from the toilet and stopped at the tub/shower...I should have looked at another room.

Awesome little Inn would stay here any time!

For the price, definitely not worth it. Bathroom would be too small for any larger person or anyone with mobility issues, smaller than a camper bathroom. Hairs through out the bathroom, pillows stained and 50% of the pillow cases stained. Walls dirty, small bugs flying around. Check in room was very smelly with no hair flow, as an asthmatic, I couldn’t catch my breath. Owners need to spend some money on upkeep and at least have clean pillows (lucky I had my own). Would not stay again.

Green stays decent staff.

We stayed one night and the check in area stunk like moth balls or something, took my breath away. Got to the room that smelled too but nowhere as bad, and there was only enough toilet paper for two uses. Had to go to the check in area to get more. We found hair on the bed that wasn’t ours, from turndown. AC was cold but weird that it wasn’t wired in wall and above bed and a cord went to wall outlet. Wiped down tables with a clorox wipe and they were dirty. I always wipe down surfaces at hotels. Would not stay here again. On a good note, beds were comfy and air was cold.

Room was clean and cozy. Stayed for the 4th of July weekend with our 2 boys. Was perfect. Son swam in the pool for hours. Would definitely stay again.

Small

Staff was good. Rooms, including the bathroom, were tiny. Not much room to move and no table. Ok, for an overnight stay, but not great for an extended stay. Looks like they tried to update, but there were some parts of the walls that needed repair in our room.

The room was clean,beds were comfortable. I slept so good. It was perfect for what we needed. Great price. The guy who owns the place helped us right away with the TV bc we couldn't figure it out. The outdoor pool was nice and cool. Air conditioner worked perfectly. I would stay here again if I'm in the area. If your looking for something simple and clean this is it! Better than some of the hotels I have stayed at as far as cleanliness.

Great spot to stay for a couple of days at the park! Staff was super friendly, rooms were a bit outdated but spotless and the pool was refreshing. Excellent location will definitely be back!!

It was fine. Didn’t have any issues and it was what we were expecting. We did not do much else other than sleep while at the property.

Rooms were too small bed sheet was dirty towels were hard front desk person was rude,air conditioning unit is extremely loud

Had a great stay. The parking is a bit tight but, can be done. Owners were very accommodating to anything we needed. Would stay again, Great location for Cedar Point.

Good for a quick stay, not very many amenities.
