Outdated rooms. Our tub wouldn’t drain while showering. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good

well-lit parking garage. Family environment.

Would not recommend. Anyone can get into the hallways and lobby. Door are open, no key card to get in. Bugs EVERYWHERE and inside room. Air conditioning did not work. Water was like warm at best. I know this area has little choices with few actual hotels, but this is not the one to stay in…EVER!!

Parking and finding our room was rather confusing but the room itself was spacious and clean. Perfect location for a quick trip to cedar point

Arrived at check in time and was given a room that wasn't even finished being cleaned. Asked the very helpful housekeeper if they were almost finished or if I had to get another room. She took me to a new room and it was great and all but had a lot of issues trying to keep my door locked, like the key card was failing to lock the door and there was a lot of jiggling the door handle. Breakfast was definitely a first come first serve so I missed all the "good stuff". Otherwise was in a great location for all of what was on my itinerary for my trip.

We found bed bugs, we left and they totally refunded us!

The hotel was dirty and outdated

Really nice cozy place! Came for a 3 night visit for cedar point. Showed up to a clean room, and pleasant staff members! I will definitely book again on our next trip! Such a good price for how close it is to cedar point as well.

Property is very dated and needs some attention. Room was fairly clean but needs deep cleaned. Hallways and stairwells were pretty filthy and cobwebs.

It was close to cedar point The room was dingy. The bathroom was kinda gross looking. Had a low drop ceiling in the bathroom. The ac was off when we first got to the room and it smelled musty. Many times during the night the connecting doors between ours and the room next to ours would rattle loudly as if someone were trying to get in. I called the front dest and explained this and they said they had just been in that room to fix the tv and that the people in there were just sitting around watching tv. The rattling continued so i went to the next room and asked about this. They said they were hearing the same thing.

Room was basically infested with bugs, the window had missing caulking leading straight to outside, the ac was on for maybe 30 minutes and no cold air came out, when I requested a cleaner room no rooms were available and when I asked for a refund I e been waiting a week for them to even respond to my request

Some of the things in the room was not good. The handle on the toilet was not working properly and the sink in the bathroom dripped.

Poorly maintained. Water damaged ceiling was just painted over. AC didnt work and the room was 80⁰ when we checked in at 11pm. New employee working alone overnight. It was a complete sh* show.

Breakfast gone at 830 Room was very hot took 12 hours to cool down If putting someone in a room it should be cooled down in anticipation

Ran out of toilet paper and coffee. Couldn’t get the tv remote to work- apparently the cable box was behind the tv so couldn’t turn it off from the bed. Didn’t use the shower. Will not stay here again.

The remote to the TV didn’t work. Rm phone didn’t work. Cops showed up at one point. Just an ok hotel.

Great location and price for a trip to Cedar Point. We like it enough to have stayed here 3 different trips to the park!
