The property was old and dated, there were possible blood stains on the bedframe, what appreared to be blood on the women’s bathroom floor, a smoke detector snatched out the ceiling. My son and I woke up with bites and had been bit by something. The front desk staff didn’t seem friendly. The staff inside the water park didn’t seem to be friendly.

Not as clean as I would like. Bathroom was broke. Someone bouncing a ball right above us for hours.

Room floors were extremely sticky and dirty. Furniture was scuffed and aged. No room refreshing. No soap in the bathrooms to wash hands. We ran out of tissues and toilet paper and had to track down staff for trash bags and new towels. The water park was awesome and the common areas were great but for the price of the rooms they need much over due refresh and rooms should be mopped or floors cleaned on occasion.

This place is not good I wouldn’t recommend at all they staff are all rude the food places are nasty they don’t have clean plates when you want to eat

Privacy

Our room had a sticky floor, we were missing soap, and the halls were crazy loud every night, once until 3AM. We also could hear every word of our neighbor's tv all night long.

Everything was geared towards kids and my two granddaughters loved it!

Clean, water park was nice. Lots of lifeguards. Wish the restaurants stayed open late but all was good.

Room smelled like mold and mildew, and the front staff were absolutely rude. Only good thing about this place was the food. And water park was super small. Definitely will not stay here again.

Rooms were clean. Waterpark for fun and snacks were tasty. Overall Great experience.

The room smelled like mold and mildew so bad it made my nose burn. I had to go up to the front desk 2 times to get it sorted out and they finally moved us into a new room. The new room had no toliet paper, no hand soap, no shampoo, body wash, etc. Our family friends stayed there as wall, their room was dirty, they ended up finding a PILL on the floor, a real drug because they looked it up, and they ended up comping a night for them. This is a place where kids stay, thats disgusting they dont clean enough. We did not get offered anything for the inconvenience with having to move room, then calling front desk again to get toiletries. Also, MAKE sure to read the rooms closely, a standard room is FULL size beds, not comfortable at all. The hotel just smells like old, not worth the price. The water park is fun for the kids. The activities is fun for kids if they like those sort of things. But honestly, for their price, just spend a little more and go to Wolf Lodge. Oh, the breakfast is not worth is, pretty steep price for what they offer. The holiday inn express breakfast is better and its included. There was one worker that was fantastic with the kids, I believe his name was Jace, he deserves a raise. But other than that, I would not return.

Had a great time! Very kid friendly had a lot of different things to do!
