Water park on the small side. Check in needs to improve. Our room was not ready and then we never received the text when it was ready. Also, at check in the staff never collected the balance. When I checked out, I was told I was all set. We left, and I received a phone call about 10 minutes later asking me to come back because the balance was never collected at check in. Rooms were spacious, clean, and stocked with lots of towels. No soap or cups in the room.

Was a trip with a child. The whole experience was great from check in to check out, no issues what so ever. Will come back again!

Mold around the grout of the shower, tub. The water park had no slides open and the wave pool was down two days. The best part of my experience was the location to Cedar Point, and the breakfast buffet is reasonable priced and good options to choose from and flavorful.

Early check-in and pleasant stay.

My kids , husband, and I LOVE coming here! Fun place. Great waterpark, there is mini bowling , Starbucks inside and and a famous Dave's ! Fun characters walking around interacting with everyone.... Come and see!

The water park was great, very clean and had lots for different ages. Only complaint is that the beds and pillows aren't the best. But the pros outweigh the cons.

Great location to cedar point and a reasonable price for a stay !

We came here for a quick family getaway. Spent 2 nights and will never stay at this property again. Rooms were extremely small. Only 1 option for a king bed. No tissues, no conditioner for hair, no outdoor pool, half of the indoor waterpark activities were closed. No real option for food. Very disappointing and not how it looks online!

Everything was as advertised

We had to ask to get the room clean which is odd but they came quickly! Strange no cups or basic necessities in the room for tea or coffee.

Breakfast was not included, options were onsite.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone had a smile on their Face And a cheerful attitude. Our door lock was broken maintenance came and fixed it with a pleasant attitude no issues. Our check in was early and smooth. Housekeeping was very polite. The kitchen staff was very helpful and apologetic our eggs had shells in them ( side note) yes they use fresh eggs not box❤️. All the characters were so fun and playful. All the watersides were available at different times. We had an amazing time. Can’t wait to go back

Gym needs some work and the keycards kept not working but other than that, great place for a family stay.

The staff was amazing. The property... ooof... this place could be so much better, but it is just subpar. Rooms mediocre with dirty in crevices and exhaust fans. We had two conditioners and one shampoo in the shower (so no shower gel) in the bottles that attach to the walls. The AC was loud when cycling and also sounded like running water, so bring white noise. We were there for a baseball tournament at SportsForce and this is one of the hotels that was an option (because they often force teams to stay at local hotels and charge more money), but we booked late and thus through Expedia. The waterpark closes at 8pm and Famous Dave's attached to the "resort" was near empty (so many empty tables) but yet also inundated with large parties waiting on food. That staff was also lovely, but it was Friday evening at a restaurant ATTACHED to the resort. The wait staff did inform us that the owners don't pay tip outs until TWO WEEKS later... no wonder no one wants to work there. The owners of this place (so I guess Six Flags or Cedar Point?) clearly only care about making a buck. They don't care about their amazing staff or guests. Waterpark was clean enough, with towels avail and you could bring in drinks or food. We waited for the sundeck to open on Sat from 10am until we had to leave to get ready for a game at 12:30, apparently the hot tub wasn't up to temp so no one was allowed out there. By the time we got back in late afternoon, the building blocked all the sun. Par for the course.

Great location and fun amenities.

I expected more from the resort. The mattress’s in our room were completely soiled and had to request another room. The mattress’s in the second room also had stains throughout it. I refuse to stay there again.

Cures resort. The added benefit of getting early access to cedar point was huge. I wish it would have had a pool open past 8pm though. The water park closed at 8 and having a nice lounging pool would have been nice after spending the day at the park. The room was fine. Comfy and convenient..our table was broken and saw some wear in places. Would have liked to have had a coffee maker in the room. Food was kinda pricy in the resort but overall a nice place.
