The room & property were neat, tidy & clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was a pleasant, no drama experience. We will stay there next year, too.

They have coffee makers in the room, but bring your own sugar and Creamer. Never was restocked. Our whole stay for 4 nights.

The splash pad wasn't operating and the vending machines were either missing or sold out.

Very clean and well kept. Has an outdoor pool just wish it was open 24/7. There is a lot of parking all around the building with multiple entrances and elevators. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Check-in was easy and the early entry pass is great.

We are not overly picky and do not expect perfection; however, the overall cleanliness could be significantly improved. The table, nightstands, television, and mirrors all had noticeable stains and dust. In our opinion, the property’s standards have declined compared with previous years. At more than $300 CAD per night, we expected a much more thoroughly cleaned room.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay with our group of 16 and 4 rooms. All staff was great. The rooms were well managed and maintained. The pool was nice except the splash pad was down waiting on maintenance. We enjoyed and will return for another stay. Parking is a little tight without having to walk a ways but wasn’t real bad.

The room was clean, the staff were helpful in getting me checked in for my stay. All in all a very nice stay with good food close by and just a drive to the park.

Everything was clean enough. No breakfast, coffee, or fitness room. The little convenience shop was always closed.

The room is clean and confortable I requested a crib never put on the room, didn't take out the trash and didn't make the bed

We had a great experience. The hotel was nice and clean and everything was good. I was concerned after reading some reviews on here...but the room was great. I would maybe agree the blankets are a little thin...but it wasn't an issue. Delightfully surprised. It's a newer clean building.

Clean, convenient location Staff was not helpful, value for the price is definitely lacking

Clean, well maintained, prime location for going to Cedar Point. Unexplained fire alarm at 2 AM, in the middle of a downpour. It is run be CedarPoint and has prime location, but the price per night on a weekend was still a bit of a shock.

1. Breakfast 2. Shuttle to the park 3. Parking once at the park The flat fee of $39 for park parking was ridiculous for staying “On Property”. I wouldn’t stay there again based on price per night and loss of these amenities you could get just a few miles of extra driving. Lesson learned. You do get 1 hour early entry to the park that wasn’t that great anyway. You could do better somewhere else nearly as close to the park.

3.5 foot deep pool.

Proximity to Cedar Point park. Staff was easily accessible and friendly/accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay in the future and highly recommend to anyone who is traveling to the park that the hotel was a great addition to my overall experience. The room/facilities had everything we needed. Staff was helpful and friendly so that covers all that is expected.
