Cedar Point's Express Hotel

We had an issue when we first checked into our room and it was quickly taken care of by staff.

Close to the park. Was able to get tickets and fast passes at the hotel. Wish they served complimentary breakfast

Hotel is very clean staff is friendly. We brought two of our granddaughters, they really enjoyed the pool. When we checked in the young man was super nice. He told us things about the park that was very interesting. Next time we bring grandkids we will stay there again. This is the second time we have stayed. Nice job everyone that works there!!

Hotel has no complimentary breakfast. Parking can be limited if hotel is very busy. Alot of birds around the facility. Lobby has limited amenities. Outdoor pool is ample, but is only 3 1/2 feet deep. Very limited eating/food restaurants within 1 mile radius.

The room was clean although a little outdated. The in-wall air conditioner had only 2 speeds: low and high. No automatic. We ran the fan on low all night long and the noise was rather annoying and we (family of 4) couldn’t get a peaceful night’s sleep. The air conditioner did work and the room’s temperature was fine but one has to deal with the fan that won’t shut off. The hotel is very convenient to the park and for one night, it was perfect.

This hotel was nice and clean. Really close to the park like 5mins you also get early entry to the park. The staff was very helpful and was excellent when I had a medical issue. The night manger helped and made sure my kids were ok and taken care of.

Great place to stay

Did not have any body soap. They said they ran out we were there for 2 nights so o figured they'd have a shipment come through. The water heater was not working in the pool was ice cold. No time on when it will be fixed or wheb they will get more body wash ..offered me shampoo instead.

I have to mention the staff first-they are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The gift shop in the hotel was a nice surprise. Only 3 or 4 miles from Cedar Point and you can get early admission passes at check in.

Location andpool option outside Place was a little worn but definitely clean

Great location and clean

Nice pool area, would be nice if it added a hot tub. Only issue we had was a few kids running through halls, believe their parents were hanging out in lobby so they were just doing whatever they wanted. Super great value and early entry to CP, also nice to be right across the street to some quick food options like McD’s and only 4 minute quick drive over causeway to CP. I absolutely loved the convenience to CP.

Great hotel

Excellent location..Very close to Cedar Point and lots of restaurants.

The price and proximity to the park sold me, and learning that we also had the benefit of early entrance to the park was a great bonus! Our room and the hotel in general was clean and well maintained. My only negative comment is that I personally found the bed to be very hard.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Although I didn’t use the pool area, it looked great. Staying there again in a week to return to Cedar Point!

The accessible bathroom should have had a taller toilet. The big disappointment was the outside pool area. The seagulls perched all around and calling was like being in a scary bird movie. There were bird droppings everywhere - especially bad to see it in the pool. We did not get in the water or come back our other two nights. They need to put deterrents on the pinnacle of the roof like they have on the parking lot lights. We will go for an indoor pool when near a large body of water again!
