The staff were all very friendly and helpful. With all the vacation families and kids rushing to get on with their fun I hope people take a second to give appreciation to their dedicated staff. The hotel was clean, in good shape and had several perks to make the stay more relaxed.

The staff were all amazing and the breakfast was really good. We loved the 1 hr free bowling even after a day spent at Ceedar Point. I will definitely be back. We arrived earlier than our check in time and they already had the room ready so they let us in early which was great. There's not much we didn't like except we didn't go swimming because the pool was cloudy but I know that happens when there are a lot people swimming do maybe next time.

We had a pleasant stay. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was on the better side of a typical hotel breakfast. The coffee was very good. Fitness center was very typical for a hotel. Did not use the pool. Hotel was clean.

How close it was to cedar point, free bowling breakfast The people next to us had a birthday party they were extremely loud and had to call at 12:30 AM. Could not sleep

Very close to cedar point. Perfect location for that. Nice lobby area where we had pizza delivered and had everyone in the lobby for plenty of room to eat, play cards, etc. rooms were clean and staff was great at check in.

One exterior door was propped open. Allowing anyone off the street to just stroll in. Could be a safety concern. Ran out of toilet paper. No big deal but there was just one roll in the room at arrival.

I like that it was closed to the bike week Riley location. I like that it was kind of tucked away from downtown and all the other motorcycles main Street The only thing I didn't like was the bed was slightly uncomfortable. Just had the air conditioner at 62 but felt like it was running at 68-70. Stayed at room 315 and the cabinet door that eyes to the fridge kept popping open and was very hard to open and close

Perfect staff just like last year I was here for an anime convention and they are professional as always making my stay very comfortable and the breakfast was always fresh keep up the good work!

Convenient location. Rooms were nice. Convenient to Cedar Point.

The location is directly outside of cedar point, which was our destination. The breakfast was plentiful and has a great variety. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and acted quickly to unpleasant guest. The site said that we would receive free bowling but when we asked, they said that promotion was from last summer and no longer applied.

Location to cedar point was fantastic. Breakfast and coffee was good and was hot and clean. Rooms were cleaned once for our 7-day stay.

Front desk and breakfast staff were some of the best I have seen. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was top notch. Only issue was the usb ports in the room not functioning.
