Location is perfect, rooms were comfy and clean and staff was very helpful, friendly and professional.

The hotel has free bowling next door, friendly staff, free but very basic breakfast, free ice cream social in evening and a great location in vicinity of the park. Room was not cleaned up and beds were not made, towels picked but not replaced for two straight days which was the most disturbing - I have never seen this at even smaller motels. The phone was not even connected to the wire when we decided to call for help.

Excellent customer service and family friendly amenities! Great breakfast options and soo close to Cedar Point's front gate. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The location was excellent, especially if you’re visiting Cedar Point. It was close to everything we needed and made getting to and from the park quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus with a good selection of items. The lady working the breakfast area was especially kind, welcoming, and helpful. She really went out of her way to make sure everyone had what they needed, and it made a great start to the day. Everyone on the staff we interacted with was friendly and courteous, which made us feel welcome throughout our stay. If you’re planning a trip to Cedar Point and just need a clean, comfortable place to stay, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the guest rooms. While everything was clean and well-maintained, the rooms could benefit from some updates. New carpeting, a fresh coat of paint, and a few modern touches would go a long way in making the rooms feel more up to date. Nothing major just a little TLC to match the excellent staff and great location.

The hotel is pretty run down. The pool was dirty looking and overcrowded. Breakfast was wasn’t great and very overcrowded.

Front desk ladies were nice and enjoyed breakfast Swimming pool water looks dirty - wish that changed frequently especially during the hot weather and high traffic season. The smell of gym was bad that we had to leave right away; smells like chlorine or plastic which was very unpleasant.

The location was exactly where we wanted to be and made getting around very convenient. The staff, especially at check-in, were attentive, welcoming, and friendly, making for a great first impression. We also appreciated having pizza available in the lobby after a long day. We were too exhausted to take advantage of it, but the complimentary bowling voucher was a thoughtful perk. Another nice bonus was that the pool stayed open until 11:00 p.m., which offers a lot of flexibility for guests. The bathroom could have used a little maintenance. We were in a handicapped-accessible room, which had additional grab bars in the shower. A few of the screw cover caps had come loose, and the shower head holder was barely attached. These were minor issues, but they stood out and could use some attention. Otherwise, the room was excellent. The only other issue was that there weren’t any extra blankets for the hideaway bed. However, once we let the staff know, they quickly brought us what we needed, which we appreciated. The continental breakfast was probably the weakest part of our stay. The food was just okay and wasn’t particularly flavorful. Also, whatever happened to a simple coffee pot? Not everything needs to come from a touchscreen vending machine. Once I figured it out, the coffee itself wasn’t very good—but I’ll admit I’m a bit of a coffee snob, so others may not mind it as much.

Exceptional

Everything was great (e.g. location, breakfast, room size, cleanliness, etc) except the bathroom door. It was affixed in a barn door style using a regular door, which meant you could hear and see if anyone was in the bathroom. It was like an inch or more of a gap, which is a lot when someone wants privacy to use the washroom. Other than that, it was great!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. However, the deadbolt on our door didn’t lock and the phone in the room didn’t work. Otherwise, decent place to stay. Not too pricey.

Close to cedar point and a good restaurant

The pool was good to have, plus a free bowling pass. Kids enjoyed Woke up to being bitten by bedbugs. Showed pictures to management who proclaimed no one else has ever made a complaint.

One lady at the desk. Absolute garbage hotel. Filthy, dirty room. stains on sheets, growing spores in the split. blue candy? on ceiling. carpet coming off wall next to bed. something size of mandarin orange spilled on carpet and desk chair in front of desk on floor, sticky and gross. can't talk about breakfast because we chose not to stick around. never ever again. screwed on price. paid $100 more than the coralville hilton and they were spectacular. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.
