The staff was friendly and helpful, The room was amazing and large. It had a kitchen area ready for use with an almost full size fridge, microwave coffee maker and even a dishwasher. This was the nicest hotel roomI have ever stayed in. Great job!

Was there for a quick one night stay. Easy and quick check in. Richie was great at front desk. Room was spacious and clean and bed was comfortable. Fresh good coffee to start the day!

Con: When we arrived up front desk the clerk was fast asleep. He was not napping in back he legit was sitting in m at the front cover snoring. We said hello 7 xs my husband yelled hello 3 times after before he woke up. He proceeded to help us and not even apologize for the mishap. It was 7 pm unacceptable.

The hotel was very well maintained. The room was clean and everything in the room functioned well. Love that it had a microwave and regular refrigerator and the shower pressure and temperatures were really nice. Breakfast options were great with everything from waffles to a make your own breakfast sandwich. They had bagels, cereal, fruit, cooked eggs, juices and coffee. The staff running the breakfast area were engaging and made me feel welcome. The guy working the front desk was very welcoming as well. We had so many interactions that I left the hotel as I made another friend. He was really into sports and kept me entertained as I entered and left the hotel. I only wish I remembered his name. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Northside of Orlando for business or vacation.

Didn’t try the breakfast, but the hotel was great. Close to eateries so that was real nice. Staff was friendly.

One concern I noticed is that the laundry room is located inside the gym. The location itself is fine, but while I was doing laundry, there was a group of middle school-aged children in the gym without adult supervision. They were playing with some of the gym equipment, including lifting and playing with heavy dumbbells, which could potentially lead to an injury. It may be helpful for the hotel to post a sign stating that children under a certain age are not permitted to use the gym unless accompanied by a parent or another responsible adult. This would help keep younger guests safe while still maintaining the hotel’s family friendly environment.

Great stay

I liked how it was close to everything The was this group of people that hold the grill in pool every day until 2 AM in the morning our bedrooms were never clean. We had to ask for towels we had garbage from the other people. people were having sex in the elevator. The only one elevator was being used I don’t recommend. is for breakfast. They didn’t have real bacon not everyone eats turkey bacon.

Richie at the front desk is the best. We arrived a day early and he found a way to accommodate us even though they were fully booked. The lady at the breakfast area was incredible. She keeps everything so clean and organized. Looking forward to booking again.
