That i have not received the security deposit back when I left the room how I entered it. They charge you extra for new towels. And how nasty the place is. And being woken up 3 hours before check out to ask if I was leaving

The bed linen was dirty looks like they didn’t changed and it’s more then a week and they don’t refund the deposit , now i have to call them and ask what’s going on ,it’s ridiculous

Location Was not clean, bad smell due to people cooking in rooms, no water pressure in shower, bed smelled of urine.

Location I paid for a handicap shower, upon arrival the man said he had just given my room away to another family. I am not happy about this as I am handicap and need the access. Will not stay here again. Room had hair in the bathtub. Dirt on floor had to walk with my shoes on.

Lobby was filthy. Room furniture was torn and ragged. Entire premises had foul odors. I felt like I was in a homeless shelter. Price outrageous

The location is good. It is dirty everywhere, smells like marijuana, there are people with dogs, and the customer service is very poor.

No breakfast buffet like others have. And the hundred dollar security deposit didn't have to do that across the street from you

Room was absolutely disgusting. Furniture was torn up. Bed had hair and stuff all over when i pulled back the sheets, pillows smelled like sweat and stained. To top it all off a syringe fell off top cabinet on to me, luckily not sticking me. Never stay there again

Wonderful stay and would stay again! There were a few hairs in the bathroom and I would have loved the option of a grill by the pool. Breakfast was wonderful!

The bed and one of the pillows were comfortable. Glad there was a freezer for my frozen smoothie ingredients. Staff were really nice. A full kitchen but not a single cup, plate, pot, or paper towel?? Floor was gross, especially since we're not the type to wear shoes inside. I had to wear socks after washing them because my feet got black and sticky just from walking barefoot for a few minutes. Crazy expensive price for an empty shell of a room. Glad we were only there 1 night but I will never come back again.

Everything I paid on line and had to pay at check in at the hotel, and I need my money back.

The rooms were not properly clean the bed was sinking in the mattress was not comfortable at all very noisy at night and if you going out put a lock on your suitcase The mattress and the noise

There was an insect (or animal) in the room that bit me all over my body and caused wounds, so I couldn’t sleep until morning. I will attach a photo as evidence. The window glass in the room was broken, and cold air and rain were coming inside..
