had to stay here for work but place smelled aweful room smelled like horses and barn and scent system noticed in lobby smelled toxic ( the system they use is cheap fragrance oil from china ) Even though the staff was nice the experience and smell is so bad that I would never go back to this hotel and I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to stay here either Way too many other options to choose from to stay here

We got off our cruise early and asked if we could do an early check in. The staff was more than helpful and got us checked in early so we didn’t have to wait for hours! The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the amenities were fabulous. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Place was very clean and well kept. Cleaning staff was very nice. The lady who checked us in(Indian woman) was very friendly and greeted us every time we went in or out. All others that were at front desk were not so kind. Older woman was not so friendly to everyone she dealt with. A heavy set younger woman wouldn’t look up from her phone for anyone. During the night, a heavy set black man was asleep in his chair on multiple occasions. Overall great experience and very nice property. Customer service at front desk needs help though.

From the outside (main lobby, pool, etc.), hotel was clean and well maintained. The room, however, was a different story. Bed sheets were full of hair (male hair, if you know what I mean…), and restrooms were disgusting. Staff was kind enough to switch me to another room. Besides a dead insect found in between the sheets, this new room was a bit cleaner. Definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

Great place for the price. I was considering staying at a place half the price closer to the airport, but I am glad I chose this place instead. The tea and coffee station was nice. Not sure how it compares to the neighboring hotel, but this was good. Close to lots of restaurants and fast food.
