Sanibel Island Beach Resort

We love visiting this is our second time , everyone is so wonderful Victoria and everyone else thank you very much

The hotel is nice overall, room was fine, ac was good, but it hotel lacks entertainment. The bar has no music, which makes the atmosphere feel quiet, and it closes quite early. The complimentary beach chairs are a nice perk, but there are no umbrellas available. Also, the staff who collect the chairs constantly monitor guests and seem eager to remove them. They even start collecting the chairs before 7:00 p.m., which feels unnecessary and can be quite annoying if you’re still enjoying the beach. Another downside is the large number of no-see-ums (biting midges), especially around sunset, so be sure to bring insect repellent. Finally, the restaurant options are very expensive, and unfortunately, the food quality does not justify the high prices. Overall, the hotel has potential, but a few improvements would make the guest experience much better.

It’s not horrible but not the best property I’ve stayed at on the island. Friendliness of staff was hit or miss. The AC in our room was very loud (like a lawn mower inside your room) and when I mentioned this upon checkout they said that “yeah that must of not been fun.” For being a somewhat newly renovated property, the mattress was horrible. I will probably stay at a different property on my next trip.

You pay for a great beach (clean water annd white sand) and easy access to it (couple steps). They offer beach chairs but no umbrellas. On the description it says they have tennis court- that is not true! They do not have tennis courts. Overall, good stay except the disappointment of no tennis courts.

I stayed at Sanibel Beach Resort for 3 days and had a great experience. The service was very good throughout my stay. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. I especially want to mention the lady who works at the pool café during the day and at the restaurant at night — she provides outstanding service and made our experience even better. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

The room is very clean and updated. Staffs were friendly and prompt when asked for something extra for the room. Appreciate the text messages that we can communicate with staffs on the go.

No umbrellas on the beach

I had a great stay at Sanibel Beach Resort, Parking was easy and convenient, and getting from the parking area to our room and then to the beach was quick and hassle-free. One of the best perks was the complimentary beach chairs, which made relaxing by the water even more enjoyable. The beach itself was absolutely beautiful, with soft white sand and gorgeous views. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

We really loved our stay. We were greeted kindly and really appreciated the early check-in. The room was nice. The location was wonderful as well as the amenities. The tiki bar and beach are mere steps from our room! The on-site restaurant was also a big surprise and we needed up having both dinner and breakfast there. We watched both the sunrise and sunset a few minute drive from the property. Highly recommend!

We wanted to stay at the beach before we left Florida and decided on Sanibel Island. I picked this hotel for the price and location to the beach. It was perfect for my husband and I. It would be great for kids as well.

The palm trees makes the resort more part of the natural vegetation and gives the beach areas a more relaxed feel.

Very nice place!

The room and bath are clean and fresh each time we stay. Love the linens and bed. So comfortable!! Amenities are wonderful. Easy access to beach. Grounds and shrubbery are beautiful!!! Property is so well kept. Always hate to leave!!

Love this property. This is our second stay. It's updated nicely and very clean. Right on the beach, great pool and tiki bar. This property also has an on site restaurant and it is a must!
