The view

We love this place because it is so quiet. There is limited rooms so it is semi private. Happy hour is always relaxing with wine and cheese overlooking the ocean. Cant think of anything

I would give this property 10/10 if one event would not happen—our reclining brand new chair located on the property next to our room door / on the patio, was stolen withing the first 2 hrs after we were roomed. The property gated but less safe than camping. I liked everything with an exception of safety.

Fabulous sea view. Fabulous breakfast, Afternoon homemade cookies, happy hour with wine and snacks, very helpful friendly staff on reception. Good discount on Boardwalk wristband too. Highly recommend

Location, amenities, view - far above expectations! Don’t let roadside appearance fool you! Nothing! I loved the staff, friendly, helpful, kind. The breakfasts, afternoon snacks, and early evening snacks and wine were really nice.
