Edgewater Beach Inn

Very nice place to stay!

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property, especially for families. The apartment was spaciou, clean, and having a kitchen was very convenient. The pool was excellent, giving the kids a fun and safe place to swim and play. It’s within walking distance of the beach and offers beautiful views. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The place was clean and very close to the boardwalk. No air conditioning. It wasn’t terribly hot when we stayed but I wouldn’t want to stay there when it was hot.

Close to the beach and really clean Hot tub would have been nice and the bed wasn’t real comfortable

The room was super cute and walking distance to beach, wharf and boardwalk. Facilities were very clean and staff was very helpful. The room did not have air conditioning, but opening the windows and using the available fan cooled the room down.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, free laundry room was immaculate, just need your own soap

Bed wasn't very comfortable but I would stay again.

Perfect location to everything. We couldn't have asked for more for the price. We will definitely be back.

Not flexible with the check out time

Great location and nice room. When my son went to the front office to tell them I was having problems turning on the fire outside there response was - "Yeah we have been having issue with that" and thay was it.

The location , staff were also courteous. Shower door didn’t close, also water temperature wasn’t hot. TV worked, but you couldn’t change channels with the remote.

This hotel has the best location in Santa Cruz. The room had a full kitchen with dishes which was an added bonus. The pool area was very nice and clean. We sat in the outdoor area which had a fantastic view of the ocean and were told that we couldn't sit there because it was reserved for the room on the end. Please add more outdoor seating that is open to everyone! It's not fun to pay a lot of money to stay at a hotel and have restrictions. Also, the couch was not comfortable.

Dark room. Not a lot of natural light.

We loved everything the spa bath the fireplace the kitchen the pool the bbq the laundry facilities and the staff were very friendly professional and helpful, can't wait to stay again.

The room itself was very nice, enjoyed it very much. The queen size bed was very uncomfortable, very hard to sleep on. It bothered my back and my daughter's back. Needs to be a softer mattress. And the bathroom floor looked like it had not been completely cleaned.There was a few ants on the floor.

Nice big room. Clean and comfortable.

Location Had my both my grandkids. It was suggested by the site to get two rooms. So I did . Paid over $650.00 dollars. For non joining Rooms when we showed up. So we didn’t get to all spend the night together. And was told at the office they couldn’t do anything about it. And that it was booking.coms fault. And then the front desk person Maryann ask me for my credit/ atm card to pay for the taxes on the rooms. And lucky I know everything was paid for on the booking. Com site including taxes. Otherwise she was going to charge my card for something that was already paid for. So Look out for this place for these two things. Booking. Com is probably at fault for suggesting the two rooms, but probably both parties at fault for not saying they wouldn’t be adjoined rooms. I have a handicap. So it was a big deal to unload to two different rooms. And they did not have handicap parking!
