Beach Street Inn and Suites

Love this place! It is convenient to the Wharf and the Boardwalk.

The staff are very helpful and the location couldn’t be better.

Cute, old-fashioned, beachside resort style motel like something from mid-century. Great for one to four people everything was clean. Staff was friendly. Two things to watch out for the free drink bar lattes are loaded with sugar not what I was expecting and the person sleeping near. The AC has almost 0 room to get out of bed and the bedframe has sharp metal that you have to squeeze by to get out I scratched both of my calves.

My family has stayed here before and loved it so much we booked are trip here again! The kids love it, has a beautiful view, always clean, friendly staff, and the kids love the popcorn and drinks! The pool area is always a good time. This time we filled are water bottles up with the water and ice machine, so nice. Great location another reason we like it so much!

Loved this Hotel!! Perfect for our overnight trip with our one year old. Short walk to the beach, free lattes and popcorn at the front desk. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Beach Street Inn. It was an easy walk to both the boardwalk and the wharf. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and a nice patio to enjoy the evening. The patios were shared though, it would be nice to put up a divider so you aren’t impeding on your neighbors. The room was clean and the staff was helpful while we were there. We booked a suite and it fit six adults comfortably. One of my only complaints would be that we were only given one parking spot for six adults. When I emailed to ask if we could have a second, the email was ignored. Other than that the stay was great. They offer free coffee, popcorn and snow cones in the lobby which was a nice touch and the pool and hot tub area was nice and had a fire pit. There are a lot of stairs to get from the street to the inn so someone with mobility issues may struggle. My mother in law had some trouble but there was also a driveway a little farther past the stairs that was easier for her to manage. Overall a great stay, I’d definitely book again.

Really liked the coffee and popcorn service.

Pool and hot tub needs some love. Not a fan being charged to park in a place we have stayed at over the last forty years. BTW, Expedia did NOT include those parking fees on my bill or that BSI charges parking, $20+per day! Other than that surprise, excellent time with the grands! Enjoy! Ty Amy!!

Room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom is quite large. It’s nice to have the laundry, bottle filling station and the little included cafe at guest services. The location is a close walk (5 minutes) to the boardwalk. It’s not a fancy place but it’s a comfortable and welcoming to drop in for a night or two.

Very family friendly

As always everything was wonderful at The Beach Suites. I did get caught outside after the gates closed one night but was about to get in quickly. I would suggest that the might check the mattresses as mine was a little uncomfortable.

Absolutely beautiful room and view. Situated across from the beach in a perfect location.

View was amazing! Right across the street from wharf, Boardwalk, shopping and 4 restaurants! It’s great watching the volleyball players across the street on the beach. This is the only motel we stay at when in Santa Cruz.
