Lovely property, rooms and pool. Great central location. Loved the complementary snacks and drinks in the room on day 1. Would definitely return!
-
I did not get the chance to enjoy the spa maybe next time. The location was perfect, in between the wharf and the boardwalk. This was an amazing and relaxing stay and we plan to return.
-
Proximity to the boardwalk makes it popular with families, which means the pool is not always as peaceful as one might wish.

We travel a lot and this hotel was top notch for the interior decorating. It was gorgeously done and the location is the best in town. However, I still can’t get over how rude their bartender was 2 nights in a row. He wasn’t just rude to us- the people beside us were not impressed either. I actually told the bartender that maybe he was in the wrong career choice. He agreed and just got ruder. It was pretty shocking. But this is definitely the nicest hotel in town and hopefully the bartender is fired before we visit again.

Very good location

Probably the coolest hotel I’ve stayed at in as far as I can remember. The decor was out of this world! The bed was absolutely fabulous! Loved the little extras (night time surprises on my pillow, cold lavender towels and popsicles by the pool). Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Great location, high end amenities

Attention to detail was apparent!... Great place to stay.. Staff was super friendly and helpful ... room was complete with all amenities and most were included in the room price..

Made the mistake of booking a room here to celebrate my birthday. The room we got was literally a basement. I could grab people ankles walking by on the side walk. The Dream inn is right across the street. I’d highly recommend to stay there instead. We are locals here and are in the middle of a remodel at our house. We decided to just cut the trip short and go back home. Staying in our home that’s under construction was nicer than staying in a basement room.

I couldn’t have loved this hotel more. The employees were on top of their game.

Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

I liked that the rooms don’t have carpet.. The beach is across the street from the hotel..

Gorgeous property! Brand new so extremely clean, very contemporary decor, and rooms are outfitted with current tech and Nespresso. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this property and when we come back to Santa Cruz will definitely book again.

It’s a beautiful hotel. The views of the beach from the pool area and rooftop patio are fantastic. Low Tide restaurant on site was great for our first night and breakfast the next morning. The lobby bar serves coffee drinks in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in santa cruz. The bar, the food, the amenities, the pool, the hot tub that's big enough for ten adults.. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, prime location.

Amazing location. Stunning hotel.

The valet team was friendly, patient, and welcoming—they set the perfect tone for a great first impression. A special shout-out to Edwin at check-in for his outstanding hospitality. The pool staff was incredibly attentive throughout our stay, and when I had an issue with the TV in my room, Andrew Lemus made sure it was resolved quickly and professionally. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to coming back!
