Exceptionally clean bathrooms, nice kitchen facilities, friendly staff, great location Parking was a lot complicated

Everything was super clean and everyone was very friendly! I loved getting to meet new people. The magnet sheets for the lower bunks are a great idea and made it feel like I could have some privacy which I wasn’t expecting! Staff made me feel very welcome and I was sad to leave!! Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Excellent location, rooms were cute and in older little cabin like homes. When I arrived there was a dinner being served which was a potluck, enjoyed meeting people then. Bunks were average and a little noisy. Kitchen was beautiful and big. Loved sitting outside and working on my computer. Great experience!

I wasn’t there for breakfast but I did enjoy the setting of the place. I felt safe & like I was at home.

So cute, well taken care of! Everything you need is within walking distance and the staff is very accommodating! No complaints!

Nice open layout, garden, little areas to sit , good little kitchen / check in house with nice dining table. Near boardwalk beach / wharf and little downtown mall. Good walks along coast and beach in east direction. There was no place inside to relax and sit away from cold night air except for dining table which was still chilly , and on your bunk bed.

With an old house doors are pretty creaky and kept me awake from others guests one night. Recommend ear plugs for light sleepers.

Central location, couple of blocks from the beach and wharf. Restaurants nearby.

There was nothing I did not like the people made it happen no matter visitors staff neighbors a good bunch of people?‍?‍?

The staff was really nice and helpful. I had some work to do while I was there and was able to use the outdoor patio to make it happen. It's a great place to stay in an excellent location.

Neighborhood Nothing

It’s so friendly and within walking distance of beauty!!!

The distance from the beach, the landscaping, complimentary parking and snacks. Attractive price. The really poor and careless page. When you reserve for a couple, end up being for just one female person or sharing dorm, NO FREE CANCELLATION. Even when you pay 'insurance" they charge in advance SO, if you change your mind after you hit that "reserve button", be ready to be ripped off. Th e site offers a "Reinbursement insurance or cancellation insurance" JUST, PLEASE DON'T... Trying to use the "so called returns insurance" is a real legal pain in the butt. I didn't even have a chance to see the room and was charged $80. Hope this help as a donation tho. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE !!!

Location is fantastic, within walking distance to beach, wharf and downtown dining. Well kept grounds in a safe neighborhood. Plenty of parking, parking passes available for $5/day. Full kitchen with large fridge. Private rooms are very nice. Dormitory was clean, comfortable beds, earplugs available. Very friendly staff. No grocery shopping in the immediate vicinity.

The space was beautiful, I felt welcomed and I enjoyed the access to the tower district activities.
