Beautiful place. Rooms were very clean and common areas were as well. Pool was on the small side but perfect for us. Staff was helpful and lobby was also very nice. Cafe was a perfect bonus for early morning coffee! We loved this place!

Clean rooms and great staff. Check in was at 4pm but our room was not ready for 30min. Strange odor in bathroom possibly from drain… Great Location but probably would not stay again.

Amazing views, that's basically what we anticipated and it did not disappoint.. perfect for people watching and just taking in the sites and sounds.. the kids loved it, and super convenient to the beach and arcade! Exactly what we came for!

Great room, with an AMAZING view. Walking distance from the boardwalk and several food places on the block. I come here at least once a year and always stay here when I do. 11/10, can't recommend enough!

Very congested. Expensive parking. No real view of ocean. Not partial as promised

If you want quick access to the beach/boardwalk, you cannot beat this location. Loved that we were minutes away. The rooms were nice and loved the balcony. Also, make sure to take advantage of the rooftop deck to gain panoramic views of Beach Blvd. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would absolutely and will stay here again!

Close to every thing, we had such a good time. The rooms were a bit small but you don’t go to Santa Cruz to stay in your room.

We loved being across the street from the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk. The location was perfect and the hotel was nice. The staff was very kind and helpful. Would totally come back!

Very easy check in. The staff was really helpful. Parking is a little tight at ground level. Was able to get in a bit sooner. I do love how close it was to the boardwalk.

Wonderful location, clean rooms, but the rooms have LV flooring and you can hear ppl above walking around all night long. We could also hear water running all night long (like when a hose is on, or maybe we were next to the water heater room) Also, this is not the place to stay if you want a nice big pool. The pool is very small. The staff was very nice and everything was clean so I would stay here again

The room was not as clean as possible. Hair in sink, bed spread on one bed has spots. Chairs were stained where the desks were. There was duct tape on couch. There was stripping on shower coming off of shower doors and leaving black residue in shower. There was so much noise the last night from upstairs neighbor and the side neighbor people had loud music and talking loud.

The room was excellent, and the view is even better in that particular room the only issue we had was a misunderstanding about getting the sheets changed, and not the bed made they did leave fresh towels,

Pool is freezing- we never use it. There aren’t a ton of morning dining options around.

The location was great, we could see the ocean and beach right next to the boardwalk from our room. We were able to walk right across the street to the boardwalk as well which was really convenient. The room was spacious and had a balcony which was really nice to sit out on. The property itself is crammed into a small area so parking is very tight and it was a bit of a surprise to find upon checking that we had to pay $25/day for parking as well. The layout of the hotel, due to the tight space is little inconvenient; we had to park in a lot behind the hotel and it was a bit of a maze to get to our room. The staff were relatively friendly and, when asked, gave us an hour later checkout to 12pm from the original 11am which was nice. We were on the 3rd floor and unfortunately seemed to have one or two small kids above us who it sounded like were constantly running around the room, perhaps jumping off of beds or sofas; it was very loud and while we tried to be patient, around 10pm we finally called the front desk to ask that they look into it. It actually took 3 calls and about 15 minutes before the issue was addressed. It might be a good idea for them to put small children on the ground floor or above unoccupied rooms. Our room was a 2 double bet suite so it had the two beds in one room and a separate living room with a sofa, separate TV, wardrobe, ottomans, and a 2nd refrigerator. We found it odd that there was a refrigerator in each of the 2 rooms but no microwave.
