Everything was wonderful except that we had to buy our own cooking pot. It was strange that a room with a kitchenette would not have one available.

Was very nice and clean. Loved how private it was. Had everything we needed! Would definitely stay there again.

The tile in the rooms was very nice.

Very quaint hotel with easy access to downtown and railyard areas.

This was an excellent choice for us and our pets. We stayed at the small casita and it was absolutely perfect.

Very clean room. Room keys & TV remote were sanitized & in a plastic bag. Beautiful Spanish style decor. Mexican tiles on the floor & in the bathroom. Shady, comfortable patio outside our room. Breakfast was very good. Walkable restaurants close by. The Old Downtown Plaza was minutes away.

There was a very noticeable musty/mold-like smell, which seemed to be coming from the washing machine. It would be worth having that checked. Also, the gate on the dog-run needs to be adjusted so that it latches closed properly. With those few things addressed, we would highly recommend this as a comfortable and convenient place for other familes to enjoy while visiting Santa Fe. The staff was lovely and the short walk to the Santa Fe Railyard area could not be beat!

This was a sweet motel right near downtown. Perfect as I did not have a car and had to rely on walking. As well, I was a solo traveller and felt safe. The staff were always helpful and courteous. I enjoyed the organic oatmeal at breakfast along with toppings and yoghurt; there was lots of other items to choose. We ate in a quaint little courtyard off the dining room. They had thought of everything in the room, including workout items. Would definitely consider returning here.

Definitely will stay again

Driving in, it looks like a motel, but our room was nicely set up with a king bed, a kitchenette and lots of Mexican tile. Good A/C, plenty of hot water and a continental breakfast with some protein bars available too. E,cement location in reach to most restaurants and sights in 5-15 minutes.

Small motel about a 10 min walk to the main square in Santa Fe. Room was clean & bed was comfortable and location was quiet. Included a continental breakfast. Room also had some exercise items which was a bonus. Mostly for yoga. Very convenient to park by our room. Staff was very friendly.

This is a perfect location - walking distance to the Farmer's Market, Railyard galleries, The Mercado, the Plaza, Ft. Marcy Park, shopping, with great restaurants also very close at hand. Besides being nicely decorated, they have thought of everything in the room, including a basket of work-out items, an Alexa, multiple plugs and a functional kitchen. The breakfast that's included gives you a lot of variety from oatmeal (with all the trimmings) to hard boiled eggs, energy bars, fruit and yogurt. And the cookies! They come with breakfast and they're available at the front desk -- the finest New Mexico biscochito cookies I've ever had. The staff, especially Ben, is courteous and friendly. There is even a second floor deck for relaxing. The only negative were the beds. We had two rooms and both beds were not that comfortable, they tended to dip in the middle, and while there were a lot of pillows, all were flimsy and appeared to be feather pillows. Sleep is important. That issue is the only reason I did not give this property the 5 stars it deserves for it's location, amenities, immaculate grounds, beautiful decorating and staff thoughtfulness.

We loved the location, the free parking and the ease of getting wherever we wanted to go. Staff were kind and helpful, and responsive to email contact before we arrived. I’d absolutely stay again!

This place is charming, spotless, and has lots of useful, helpful touches in the rooms. Go here! This place is fantastic.

My only minor complaint was the road noise and the breakfast. We typically stay on the Plaza so the extra road noise wasn't a surprise, and given the price, a fair trade off vs. Plaza rates . The breakfast is very limited, but what was served was good. Except for the coffee. Might be the weakest, worst cup I've had. It's easy enough to walk off property and get your morning fix. Overall, I would still recommend this place.

Great location, friendly staff, nice room

Only downside on the casita was the shower was very small, like a closet. A tight squeeze for a larger person. The location is great, we were there for a show at at the Railyards, a quick 5 minute walk. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Parking, charming, walkable to the plaza. Disappointed they changed the breakfast to more continental like whereas prior years it was a full hot breakfast.

Loved everything exceptional property lots of nice touches.
