The location The rooms were small no microwave and towels were rough

The staff were always friendly and helpful, especially Carla and Amon. Breakfast was great. It was wonderful having a bar onsite. The transportation provided to the downtown area made it so easy for us to do all the things we wanted to do in Santa Fe. The linens and towels were nice and clean and bright white, although we did need to ask for more washcloths. We also liked having the coffee maker with GOOD coffee pods and the small refrigerator to keep our half-and-half and snacks fresh. Although we didn't travel with a pet, we did agree to have a "pet friendly" room so we could check in early. However, when we went to bed that night, we discovered a strong dog pee odor at the side of one of the beds. We both felt that the cleaning of the room was less than stellar. There were spiders and their multiple webs in the bathroom. And the floors were really dirty, making it impossible to walk around the room barefoot. I suggest soap and water for the floors rather than a simple vacuum. Also, an additional trash can in the bathroom would be very helpful.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Sage Hotel! After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left some personal belongings behind. The staff and housekeeping team were incredibly gracious—they went back to my room, found my things, and safely held them for me until I was passing back through. Their kindness, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond truly meant so much to me. It was such a blessed stay, made even more special by the amazing people who represent this hotel with integrity, class, and excellence. I’m so grateful for their hospitality and would absolutely recommend the Sage Hotel. Thank you for taking such great care of your guests! ❤️

Disappointing
-
Location Ants in the room, hallways dirty, carpet in room needs replaced. Water in tub dripped all night.
-
Decent breakfast No airport shuttle, room was kind of rough around the edges
-
Location and breakfast included. Ants, broken coffee pot, lack of assistance and professionalism, yucky bathroom, very small pillows, small unclean pool, and dirty outside

Loved the breakfast. Would have eaten dinner here too but couldn't get anyone to wait on us the night we arrived. We were frustrated with driving around the area ourselves the first day so took advantage of Javiar to have him shuttle us to several locations and recommend places for us. The room was clean but the toleit lid was wobbly, the ice machine only had ice part time and we weren't able to be a copy of our bill at check out because the printer wasn't working. I have stayed here several times before and will come back. Service in the resturant for dinner. We wanted to eat there but couldn't get a menu or anyone to wait on us. So we walked next door to Whole Foods and purchased things for a meal in our room.

Close to Railyard, which had live music. Live music on site. Nice grounds with walking paths between buildings. Good location. Restaurant on site. Breakfast included. Male employee at front desk when I checked in and later in the evening was very professional, friendly and helpful. Pool, though I didn’t have a chance to use it. Spouse liked the exercise room and equipment, wants to try the Peloton next time. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go in the evening. Price at check-in and checkout was unclear. I was charged $20 to $70 more than I was told at check-in. (I’m not sure was final charge was, and had no incidentals.). Server in bar was unwilling to help; it was nearly closing time but still within service hours when I arrived.

The live music was amazing, great place close to downtown

Young lady at the desk had an attitude upon arrival. Didn’t speak or offer assistance, another gentleman walked in behind me (different ethnic group) spoke and offered assistance immediately. Then looked at me and stated you need help! Microwave was not present in room so I went and asked - her response was you have to request one I stated okay! Never asked if I needed one I stood present for two minutes then walked out. Bar staff top tier.

Excellent location, walkable to the Railyard and a shuttle to the Plaza available every hour every day. OK breakfast and a bar and food available. Quiet room. Room was very small and bathroom was in need of renovation, the bathtub was peeling. The windows were filthy.

It was difficult to get a drink at the bar because the woman would not look at us or speak to us for 10 minutes. The receptionist was a real pro and helpful beyond expectations. The shuttle driver was strange and a bit rude. It was nice to have a ride to the plaza in spite of the driver. The food was OK, not special. The music was very loud but not bad. This was a very convenient location and safe. he price is reasonable for this sort of room. I would stay there again.
