The Sage Hotel

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable. Unfortunately, no microwave in room. TV reception was HORRIBLE! They need to invest time and money into getting signal to their tv’s. Called front desk to have someone come and fix and they lied because they did not show up. Do not intend to stay in room and watch tv if you’re that type of Traveler.

Location, nice breakfast, helpful staff

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and nicely updated, the staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was hearty. The on-site bar and restaurant were a nice perk. Best of all, the location is excellent—less than a mile from the Plaza and an ideal base for exploring Santa Fe. The hotel was larger and busier than I expected, and a bit noisier than I would have preferred. Still, it’s a great choice for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Best biscuits I've ever had! Very happy with this stay. Highly recommend.

Great breakfast, social conceptualization, convenient location, shuttle service.

Staff was very kind and accommodating to us. Neither ice machine on the property worked during our stay which was unfortunate. Pool was nice but small and there was very limited seating. Room was very nice and the air conditioning was great during our stay in peak summer heat. Overall would recommend over other hotels in the area at this price range.

Our stay was okay for 1 night. Rooms were clean. The property needs some TLC. Breakfast was fine. There is a resort fee charge which seemed unreasonable due to the low quality of amenities. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The location is great. The bed was comfortable. The fixtures were worn. The ac unit rattled and clunked like a plane taking off every cycle. The room next door had 3 dogs who barked anytime someone walked by. Kinda a mixed bag. Worked for one night.

Location The toilet seat was broken and I asked twice for it to be fixed, but it never was. The 2 charging stations didn’t work. The room smell musty and like a dog. Could use a better cleaning.

Breakfast was great. The server for dinner time was rude, brought no water and never checked on us. Appeared to be avoiding us.

Room was clean, no housekeeping daily but if requested they gladly cleaned your room. Breakfast was very nice, eggs, oatmeal, sausage, potatoes and typical breads. The distance from downtown is a quick 15 minutes walk but if you don’t want to walk there is an in house van. I really liked that Whole Foods is next door to quick snacks etc.

Great breakfast layout was large and food was excellent. Piñon Coffee was a treat too. Rooms were adequate services excellent and staff friendly and supportive. Will definitely will return if in this area. Rate was fair and appreciated that too.
