Everything was well organized and set up for our stay and arrival. The room was cute, romantic, and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was the best complimentary hotel breakfast I have ever had, by far. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent and friendly front desk staff. Had a great syay

Biggest benefit is proximity to the Plaza. Make sure you ask about shower, the Honeymoon Suite-#12 has no shower, only a clawfoot tub with shower head hose. WiFi was spotty and weak. A/C unit shuts off and won’t hold reasonable temp of 73 degrees. Lots of deferred maintenance here. Breakfast offerings are minimal but satisfactory. Certainly not boutique and certainly not budget.

Great setting and people - and convenient to the historic district.

Charming B&B. Clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast burritos.

The air conditioner in the room is very loud. It didn’t bother me because I quite like the white noise idea, but some people may find it challenging.
-
A minor detail is that there is only one chair in the bedroom. Two would be nice and helpful.

Loved the history and period decor! Excellent location on Route 66. Really enjoyed the included breakfast. Nothing

The breakfast was very good. Something for everyone and hosts were very accommodating I The view off our little porch. Backed up to vacant home.

Everything went well with our stay. This is a great location and the property and pople were very nice to us. The only thing to point out is that one of the stairs leading up to our room (#10) was about to give way. Please get the second step on that stairway a good look and fix.

Wonderful bed and breakfast tucked off a busy Santa Fe road with easy walking access to the Plaza. It's also about a 5-10 minute walk to the Road Runner Express station. Dedicated parking spots for each of the twelve rooms. Room #2 was large, decorated with fun Southwestern touches. Included a small patio for enjoying the evening breeze. Several restaurants located within walking distance as well. Complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of choices, both typical and southwestern. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Santa Fe.

The peeling paint & something the door know faling off

Location. Rooms and property very dated and unkept. Deadbolt lock would not lock from the outside. Beds uncomfortable, fake fireplace, gnats all in room all the time, Air conditioning didn’t work. TV was a computer monitor.

Friendly welcome and appealing atmosphere Second room was very warm, which made sleeping difficult. Seating for conversation needs improvement.

Very charming inn. Upon arrival I was given a personal tour of my room by the manager. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the hot breakfast was a nice perk. The reason I did not rate it higher was because the AC unit did not actually provide any cool air, but that was something that did not become apparent until late overnight during my one night stay. Given that I was staying during a quite warm night in July, and was not aware of the fans stored in a cabinet, it led to a very restless night. Hopefully the malfunctioning AC was limited to until #4 and this was an aberration; the inn otherwise seemed like a very nice place to stay.

Great location, can walk to center and rail park easily. Lovely character and style, woodwork, tile and colors. Pleasant atmosphere. Nice little breakfast. Good value. Beds a bit soft. No elevator. Room can get a bit warm even with a/c on.

The location gave convenient access to central Santa Fe. We enjoyed the breakfast; offering breakfast burritos is very Santa Fe! The parking area is a bit cramped. Most of the parking spaces are below the rooms, with pillars separating the spaces. We had to be careful to not scrub the car's exterior against a pillar. All in all, it was a good value. I'd stay there again.

We loved how quaint and unique it was. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent as was the coffee. The amenities were so nice. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Santa Fe now. It was wonderful. Oh and the balcony was fabulous too! Loved everything!

Beautiful inn, nice rooms, friendly owners

The location is small and secluded. No noise and quite comfortable. The only blemish was a broken blind from the previous customer in our room. The staff did bring a new one but it didn’t fit so they brought us a blanket to hang over the window.
