The Hacienda was an amazing place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary in Santa Fe. The hotel is in a great location, not far from the square. The breakfast and happy hour were great and having a shuttle readily available is extremely useful. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff really prides themselves in what they do there and it shows. All in all my wife and I loved this place and plan to stay again next time we are in Santa Fe!

The main wing of the hotel had an electrical fire about 10-days before our arrival and was closed for repairs. We were not notified of the fire before our arrival. If we had been notified, we may have stayed somewhere else. Lots of dust and contractor parking in the parking lot making it difficult to find close-in parking. Not many guests in the hotel so the staff went way above and beyond pampering the few guest there.

Checkin was horrible. They just had a fire and were moving the check in to our side of the Hotel. Check in person made it very confusing. Pool and the hot tub were closed due to fire and the gym was very worn and outdated.

The location was quite nice and the rooftop happy hour was pleasant. However, the rooms are terribly outdated. You can’t even attempt to put any makeup on in the room because it is poorly lit. The fireplace randomly came on in the middle of the night and the hot tub was out of order. We stayed two nights. The hotel was empty because they had had a fire in the main building which closed most of the most amenities and we had the awesome shuttle service to ourselves. We won’t stay there again.

The staff at this location is extremely helpful. There were some issues with our reservation and they went above and beyond. The Hacienda building is worth the extra cost. Great location, comfortable bedding. Would definitely book this location again.

Breakfast was nice but not exceptional. Room was good sized and nice and clean
-
Was very easy to get around they had a shuttle that could take you to the plaza, which wasn't far within walking distance The housekeepers they purposely set our alarm for 5 AM on our last day there?

The property is clean, the Hacienda is nicely removed from the main facility. Parking is difficult due to smaller spaces. It left me feeling concern for getting door dents. My vehicle was not damaged, but I have tree sap ALL over a rather expensive vehicle. We received a text the evening before departure asking about our leave plans and then knocking on the door at 8:26am Sunday morning and again at 9:20am to see when we would vacate the room. I found that distasteful for a room costing $750 per night. There was an amazing individual monitoring the Hacienda lounge. She had been with the hotel 15 years, was such a delight to speak with and truly enjoyed working for the organization and helping guests. I believe her name was Alliana. We really enjoyed talking with her as we were both locals and had quite a bit in common.

I liked the friendly service and the size of the room. I did not like the pillows (way too lumpy) and the TV was way too small for comfortable viewing.

some of the staff. !!!!! To much to disclose

We stayed in the hacienda and our room was lovely. It was spacious and had a nice sitting area and balcony. The complimentary breakfast was simple but sufficed even for my husbands vegan diet. The fireplace seemed to have a mind of its own which is my only complaint about the room. The location is excellent and walkable to downtown and the rail yards. We would definitely come back here again!

All around my favorite place to stay in Santa Fe. The Hacienda has exactly what I want and is well appointed. From the daily breakfast to the happy hours, they do a great job of making you comfortable. The staff is uber friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hacienda. The room was spacious and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the expanded continental breakfast and eating outside. The happy hour was a lovely bonus. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the Plaza. The concierge Kevin was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The only disappointment was the hot tub was roped off though the staff did not know it was closed.
