The fact that they’re in the middle of a massive renovation does make it less convenient to maneuver around the property. There was a time you could get a complimentary bottle of water or a cup of coffee but no more.

Great hotel that is under construction as of 6/26. I look forward to staying there again once it is finished. Friendly and accomadating staff. Spacious, clean rooms.

Amazing place to stay recommend

This should definitely be disclosed! We checked in at 930pm after being on the road for 3hrs at this time we couldn’t decline and find another room. We had young children and we were looking forward to our stay to visit family. Construction starting at 7am made it very difficult to enjoy our mornings. The construction started promptly every morning of our stay. Keep in mind most travelers choose a hotel stays for relaxation and comfort. Sometimes even if it’s visiting family it’s a “vacation” to some. Otherwise, the restaurant was good. The rooms were new and clean. The only downside is the non disclosure of ongoing construction.

The hotel will be nice when it is completed. The room was clean and comfortable The hotel should disclose the construction as it is literally half the hotel. We drove past it, thinking it was not open due to the amount of construction happening. The signage was small and not visible.

We did not know before arriving that the property was under construction. We gave as much grace as possible but there were so many issues and the staff was NOT helpful and sometimes plain rude. There were so many people checking out because of issues! Issues the hotel knew about yet still made these rooms available. Our room was is process of being upgraded, bathroom fans didn’t work, there was sealant missing in the shower, the ac was new but not even hooked up, the room was half cleaned and we found hair everywhere. It was a very frustrating situation. The rooms were outrageously priced, especially being under construction. And even though they gave us a $40 discount and said they would refund us for the 2nd night if we chose to check out for all of the issues, they did NOT do any of those! Overall it was a very disappointing situation.

Although it was under construction, staff was friendly and most amenities were still available. Upgrades are coming along very well.

The hotel is completely under renovation. The bar and lounge areas are done and are beautiful. Our room was really nice and recently renovated. I will stay again when it’s all done.

The hotel is under construction and no where does it say that. When booking the room you should be notified that is is basically a construction site. It was dusty everywhere and building was not kept clean.
-
Building is under construction. Website should have mentioned that prior to booking. Really nice rooms though.
-
Was not advised that the hotel is under construction. There was no breakfast, no gym, exit and emergency lights were hanging from ceiling, and the room we got was not the room we booked online.
-
Staff at check-in was not friendly or competent. Construction hampered the overall quality of the stay. The cost of breakfast was ridiculous - nearly $50, it should have been included as part of the high room rate.

Lots of construction happening and no A/C
-
It was a terrible experience. They are doing renovations so the place doesn’t even look like it’s open. We got our room keys but our room had no A/C. They switched our rooms but said the new room has no TV. Wow. Not to mention low water pressure. They offered us a discount so we took the new room. Another thing is that they had no bar or ice machine. You had to go to the front desk for ice. But another bad thing is that they only have one way to go to your room when you exit the elevator. What I mean is the hall is shaped like a square. So in order to access your room on the other side, you have to walk the length of the square to get to your room. I don’t recommend this hotel for the next year while they are under construction and the fact that this was not noted in Expedia makes me feel like we were robbed. So when we checked out, we didn’t get the discount and they charged us for them switching our room. And no manager available to argue with. How perfect.

It was unfortunate the at no time was it posted that the hotel was under major upgrades. It was dusty, noisy... I think was the construction is done it will be amazing. I was just disappointed that when I requested a late checkout. I was told no. Hmm I checked in at 4pm and asked to leave by noon. For the disruption of early morning construction the accommodation should have been made.

Room- clean, and had great view. Issues- The faucet in the bathroom was short of sink, the water would run on the counter instead of the sink; poor flow, and TV was not connected to cable. Poor Wifi.

Need breakfast

Our room did not have AC, staff failed to accommodate us. Offered a $50 per night refund and we are yet to see it.

The lobby looked nice, the inside looked interesting. There was no AC and the TV didn't work.
