The hotel is going through major renovations which is great but why even have people stay there if they cant have an ice machine, wifi doesn’t work, shower is lukewarm at best and the bathrooms have huge holes in the wall which they say is a vent. So NO fan in the bathroom! Can you imagine dropping one in there with no fan?? Anyhow, rate wasn’t great and I’m so mad I used all my one key dollars on this place. Maybe once renovations are done it’ll be better but place looks like a construction zone. Parking sucks on site. Maybe 30 spaces and that’s it. If you can’t get a spot go park across the street. Very disappointed.

Very nice and organized

First of all, it is under construction, so there is a bit of inconvenience but the staff was outstanding. Tommi, the guest services manager, went above and beyond to help make our stay easier. The room was practically new, so it was in fine shape. The handheld spray in the shower did not work above a trickle, but the main showerhead was OK. It should be nice when it is all finished and polished up.

They’ve been doing construction for over a year for the price that they charge they should lower their prices.
-
This hotel is currently a construction site due to major refurbishments. The rooms, as well as the main hall, smell of dry wall and cement. The staff are doing their best - they are not the issue. Management / the owners should have temporarily closed the hotel until it is in a proper condition for guests.

Hotel was been remodeled and the drilling noise was too much, no wi-fi connection, which was impossible to conduct business, and ice machine was not working

This property is under renovation, which was not disclosed during booking. It is loud, dusty, and the 2nd floor smells strange. If you want ice, you have to take your bucket downstairs, and the staff will get you ice. If I knew all of this was going on, I definitely would have not stayed there… AND I paid over $400 for 2 nights. I feel scammed.

Room was clean but beds still pretty firm. Tossed and turned all night. New shower was good but hot tub was not heated.
-
Pool area could be cleaner hot tub didn’t work. You can hear people talking from the hallway until about 1 am.
-
Renovation stage, hotel was partially closed off with plastic sheet dividers. Took a while to check in.

Property under construction. Smells like dust. If you have allergies, best to stay away. Hotel probably should be closed. Asked for room away from elevator and was given a room right next to elevator. Staff didn't even change it when requested. I could hear the elevator going up and down all night. Rooms are nice and updated. Lower price than most in area. Need to pay for breakfast. Small fridge and coffee machine in room.

We always stay here when in town. Love it

The front desk receptionist was very rude

Our shower door was not tight enough was left loose. Overall since renovations going on is gonna turn to be very nice as of now great value for what is going on. I will stay again

staff was Great Pool and Jacuzzi were Amazing. Room was Super clean

The hotel us under construction and some of the unfinished rooms had their doors wide open . I left front desk know that and they closed the doors on the 2nd floor but it was still unlocked. I feel this isn’t safe to leave opened rooms under construction wide open and also other parts of the hotel are not finished and there’s no security to guide families with children. The rate isn’t cheap considering all the construction or maintenance work being done. As a parent I felt I had to mention this. The staff was very nice and helpful. I feel the company owners can do better.
