The worst customer service that I had seen nothing

I need a refund for this. I didnt stay. Unsafe environment for .y family. Drug addicts, bad elements staying there. It was terrible!!!! Please contact me!!! O cant find conformation or pun number. All of it. Bad environment. I didnt stay. Unsafe for my family and vehicle and especially my daughter. I want a refund!!!!

Near from different stores/restaurants that can buy your needs. Other people can come in and out inside the area.

Having a roof over my head The place woke up at 11 pm and there were plenty of seedy characters and with me having tools in the back of my truck I had a hard time sleeping at all.

Comfy budget hotel with an AC that works this is a great find. Tiny feedback a soap dish in the shower. I ended up placing my body wash on the toilet.

Not clean and found roches The uncleanness

It was close to shopping,it was quiet, and the fridge worked well. The bed was awful, the head board was Broken and sex marks all over it. We asked for more towels and were denied, air conditioning was super loud, and the TV was like a 1991 reception. Do not recommend.

This place is an embarrassment. I didn’t even get out of my car the most unsafe hotel I’ve ever seen. Homeless people laying in front of room doors. A man doing haircuts in the parking lot, doors open with very shady people walking in and out of rooms. They would not refund me and charged me cancellation fee. Most unsafe horrible hotel I’ve ever seen

Nothing There were mainly permanent tenants living there who were very sketchy. They had bikes/furniture outside where they hung outside, they just stayed outside staring at us. We were an hour late to our reservation check in and our room was ready at all, we had to wait outside with our children after a 4 hour drive there. We booked the suit room which was supposed to have a pull out bed couch but the couch was very filthy with trash in the cushions and wasn’t a pullout bed. The bathroom had mold in the corners, the floors were filthy and turned our feet black, the kitchen cabinets were dirty. We didn’t feel safe so we had to leave and book a room somewhere else

I liked Nothing about this place it was my worse experience every the manager was yelling at his wife like if she did something wrong with my booking just because i booked it online he started grabbing the paper angry out of her hand and asking me to see the proof of my phone on how much i paid asking me how did i get it for certain price it made me scared just being there needing to show my phone and waiting for my key card then after I got it I was waiting for my room to be cleaned which I didn't have a problem since I arrived 15 mins early as I waited in my car the housekeeper knocked on my window and said my room is ready but with the manager lack of communication didn't update her that she changed the room to a different one that needed cleaning I felt so bad as she hurried her way to clean the room as I waited with my children and husband we noticed a homeless man angry because he couldn't get his door to open I was already afraid of being there made it even worse and another person road on a bike with things hanging on it as if it were another homeless person. Once our room was cleaned I noticed the door couldn't fully shut and was basically opened from every corner and top to bottom and no extra latch I felt so unsafe with my anxiety making me think the worse that I night I put a chair by the nob and the bathroom window lock was broken but I didn't put something so it wouldn't open also the window by our bed had a stick to keep it from being opened and the cooler wasn't even in the same place were usually it's by a bed this ac was basically by the restroom our room couldn't even get fresh. I most definitely will not be back to a place like this. Everything was bad the manager the room and I can't upload more pictures to show how bad it was

The owner was very nice and polite. She made it easy for us to check in and get our room key . We will definitely be staying here again

Sink clogged up! Sink had VERY poor draining!

I stayed 2 days. Room wasn't cleaned in-between. We only had 2 thin bath towels and 3 heavily used pillows for a King bed.
