The outside property is clean, but the rooms are super run down and the walls were full of so much black mold. I refused to stay because it's not worth my health to stay in a room full of black mold so they agreed to refund me even though there was a no refund policy.

But, the odor of the cleaning products they use is overwhelming when you walk in the door, very strong floral. I found it a little nauseating. Not all people like strong odors, or they are put off by it. Just tone it down a little bit. What’s funny is that I read another review before booking and it commented on the strong cleaning odor when entering. But she said she liked it. It just shouldn’t be that strong in which that is the first thing you notice when entering.

This is my favorite motel for this town. Its a good deal. Quaint, clean, and good environment. Well maintained with a hard working clientel

When we arrived, there was no soap. The also didn’t refill it while we were there for three days. The lights flickered on and off at certain times. With that said, the main dude at the counter was pretty cool and helpful. You get what you pay for at the end of the day, we didn’t expect a lot.

Its a great place if you just need to lay your head and go about your business.

Very nice room for the price

As soon as we walked into the room, we noticed how fresh and clean it smelled. The bed was very comfortable, the A/C worked perfectly, and the location was convenient for everything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Had comfortable beds nice roomy bathrooms provides showering and hair shampoo soap and clean bathtubs and refrigerator and microwave!! The refrigerator freezer froze up created ice and no screen in the bathroom also the air conditioner was fifty dusty like it has never been cleaned and upon reserving a room thru booking . Com or Priceline I had Genius credits that gave me credit on the room but when I put thru my method of payment they ended up charging me the full price with no discounts upon arriving at the hotel it was 220 pm I was told I could enter a room till 3 pm because the cleaning lady was still cleaning but the lady was on the last room! So we had to leave and come back at 3 pm didn’t accommodate at all!! When checked in I asked about the credits because my price changes to rent a room on line ? The manager stated that he didn’t cooperate with such a deal because they were a small facility and didn’t want to????

Our truck had mechanical issues at 9:30 PM and we were almost 2 hours out. I was able to reach the motel and explain the issue. I asked if I could sent someone to get the key as everything had been prepaid. I was very relieved when he told me I had to send an e-mail stating who was going to pick the key up so there was a time printed note on the account for security reasons. Arriving around 12:30AM we were very happy to open the door to a clean, inviting comfortable room. The man at the front desk was very accommodating and we felt very safe and comfortable once we were settled for the night. We can't thank him enough for assuring that we would have a room to sleep in for the next two nights. The only thing we could say that needs improvement are the towels. They are small and thin. We were able to obtain clean towels the next morning as we had used the ones that were there when we arrived. A full sized bath towel with a bit of consistency would be nice. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were empty and replenished the very next morning. I would recommend this motel in Santa Maria as place we'd stay again. The refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker were appreciated.

Mike is very accomdating with check in always helping out when i reserved wrong. The hotel cleaning staff had the room cleaned every day smelling clean. This is my go to place everytime i in Santa Maria thanks you Mike. From Marcos the painter.
