Solaire Inn & Suites

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. Everything was kind of sad and run down. Staff did not make the slightest effort. The cherry on the pie was a treat my son found in his room. When we complained and asked for another room they just handed over the key to a new room without apologizing. The did not seem surprised at all. I guess it is not their first rat. Stay somewhere else!!!

You get what you pay for... It was ok I guess. Staff were very helpful and friendly but the place is kind of run down tbh. Towels are cheap, decor is very dated, you can hear through the walls but luckily our neighbors were not too loud..I was also grossed out by a stain on the hand towel. We were fine but next time I think I'll pay a bit extra for a quality Inn

The hotel was very clean and modern on the inside the bed was very comfortable and very clean when you first arrive in the room it smells very nice like cleaning supplies which I personally appreciated. Some reviews stated that it was overwhelming with the smell of cleaning supplies, but I don’t understand why anyone would complain about a room smelling clean. I would 100% stay again

Eh. Fine place to stay for a night. Very cheap. Room is somewhat clean, the bedding seemed good and the countertops. but the closet track had tons of dirt and dust and the ac unit was full of dust. Woke up with bad allergies after running it all night. Fridge was actually a freezer and froze my baby’s pre made formula, had no idea it would get that cold. The ice machine didn’t work. Not many channels on the TV. Not the nicest place but not the worst. probably wouldn’t stay here again but it came in handy for our quick trip.

Helpful staff with fairly modern room decor

I had to call Expedia for assistance as I thought my son and I would have no place to stay that night despite having made a prepaid reservation 2 months earlier.

Based on the filth on the bottom of my socks, the floors in the room haven't been cleaned in months. There were dirty towels on the floor in the closet from who knows when. They tried to fool us with the "just cleaned room" spray, but it wasn't that clean. The linens seemed clean, but now I don't even know about those!

This place is not recommended at all. I spent $175 a night. The shower sink didn't flow smoothly, after my shower, the water was everywhere. The room was smelly, wifi stopped every 1 to 2 mins so I had to reenter the password. The conditioner bottle was empty after first night, the floor looked unclean, towers were very old and still in use. The furniture was old and lacked maint. the wall was stained. OMG, there are so many things that were not right. Suggest Espedia delist this place. It's very misleading......

I have stayed here a couple times and have enjoyed the stay both times.

The room and property were fine. Nothing special and nothing to complain about. We were in town for a graduation, and this was a serviceable spot for us to use as our home base.

The front desk was very rude and disrespectful. He said he would’ve turned me away if I was a local. He turned away my dad 2 weeks later because he was a local. He also said he’d call the cops on me if I stepped a toe out of line. He said there’s a camera watching my room if I did anything and is monitoring my every move. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. 0/5 stars.

it was relatively quiet and very comfortable. the manager was engaging, funny and generally a joy to meet.

Shampoo , soap dispensers were out of liquid. Property could use more cleaning, found dust on lamps furniture.
