WoodSpring Suites Santee - San Diego Northeast

Realistically it was a 4 and a half star out of 5 stay. A really nice place to stay. Fairly new. Clean. very spacious room. wonderful spacious bathroom. 6/5 stars. probably the best bathroom ive had at a hotels.com booking or any similar type booking. Quiet, peaceful inside and out. i am pleased and happy to have been able to stay there!!! i didnt use the laundry but it looked on par with everything else about the facility! Enough parking spaces.

Calm and quiet for a Staycation 👍

Everything was great except that two of the washers were down and looked like they had been down a while. We needed to wait for people to get done with their loads before we could wash. Otherwise everything was great.

The hotel was clean and friendly. It was very bare bones. The mattress was comfortable but when you roll over, the bed literal moves across the floor. (The frame isn’t attached to the headboard). Reading the info it appeared they charge for everything-extra towels etc. also if you’re going to be there as an extended stay know you have to pay $30 per table setting and $30 for pots and pans. Also no lotion, shampoo etc provided. There are hair dryers available at the front desk. Price is high for what is provided,l

Breakfast not there and no nearby food

Love to stay here due to being convenient to cook instead of eating out.

Clean rooms and property. One of the cleanest properties in the entire US

Very basic but clean rooms. Overpriced for what you get on the weekends. Thin towels and bedding. No coffee or food other than a machine. Walking distance to convenience store.

We only stayed for one night, but we had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was exceptionally clean. We would probably stay here again.

Could have been a better rating if listing matched price paid or if it would have been honored at the very least. It is not the paying customers job to call the property to "clarify" the pet policy that clearly states $10 daily fee & $50 deposit. Nowhere did it say deposit it was non-refundable & what's worse is that the staff automatically "knew" what the issue was being booked through a 3rd party.

Secure place, there was always staff to assist. Enough parking. Room was not 100% clean. I understand this is a pet friendly hotel but there was pet hair on floor and on bed/pillows. The ac also had a funky smell. Not sure if just the room id stayed in was the issue because the hallway did not smell.

Just noticed hair in the corner of the bathroom. Everything else was clean.

The facility and room was clean. That's about it. Didn't like anything else about the hotel. The room and facility was below sub par. Devoid of any color, no carpeting throughout entire hotel, rooms felt sterile and uninviting. Amenities in room were sparce and only the bare basics. Did not include facial tissue, lotion, note paper, pen or even hand towels. A hair dryer could be requested at the front desk.

We were on the first floor and there are sliding doors to get to the hallway to the rooms. The sliding door is very noises and we constantly heard it opening and closing all night long.

Easy check-in pretty late at night, the woman at the counter was very patient and efficient. Room was clean and the AC was on full blast on entrance! Bonus bonus bonus! Workout room was clean and easy access! The shower was amazing!

I was pleasantly surprised with the room for the rate I paid. It was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful and I’ll definitely rent a room there again.

The room was nice and simple. Check in was easy and the guy was friendly. There were no curtains, so the bright morning light was a rude wake up call. And I think housekeeping could do a better job at cleaning and making sure there is no hair on the floors, in the bed, or in the shower from previous guests. Checkout lady was unfriendly and seemed bothered that she had to talk to me.
