WoodSpring Suites Santee - San Diego Northeast

It was good for a quick stop! If you are just looking for a place to crash it’s perfect. If you are traveling with boujee people, maybe skip.

Shower was amazing! Bed was comfy but box spring and or frame just made too much noise when you toss and turn.

Staff was nice. Room was warm when we checked in and took half the night to fully cool down.

Everything was PERFECT! And I mean PERFECT! The room was immaculate, the staff was super friendly, we didn't use the laundry, but I'm sure it would've been PERFECT as well, parking was fabulous! And the room was a true handicap room with a rollin-in shower! I would DEFINITELY stay there again! My friend told me to read the reviews and that maybe I should book another hotel so I did but, I went with my gut, and I am so VERY glad I did it!

Rooms were clean

Room was super clean , staff was fine, location was great, parking was good…… WORST bed I’ve ever slept in, EVER.

It was a cross between a hotel room and an apartment. Definitely different.

Unfortunately, my experience at WoodSpring Suites in Santee was very disappointing. The customer service was rude and unprofessional, which made an already frustrating stay even worse. The phones in the room also did not work, making it difficult to contact the front desk when assistance was needed. Basic communication should be available for guests, especially when there is an issue that needs to be addressed. I expected better customer service and professionalism during my stay. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the staff’s treatment of guests and the condition/functionality of the rooms.

Great to have laundry onsite. This newer property is clean and well maintained. Free parking that was well lit. The occasional dog barking was not a big issue but it did occur. Over all experience was 8-10

The rooms are always clean and the A/C works good. I'm not sure if they have an ice maker yet.

Hotel and room were clean. However, hallways and floors were hardwood not carpet. Therefore, any noise above you, around you are amplified. Had very loud guests above us. Beds were on metal legs and creaked. Staff was courteous.

All coffee was really weak even though it said bold. No coffee pots in room

This fairly new hotel was much needed in Santee and for the most part has maintained its newness cleanliness. The staff members were helpful and delightful. The room was very clean, the only issue I saw was the elevator and rugs around them were almost always in need of vacuuming or cleaning. The elevator was broken several days during my stay which was inconvenient since I was on the fourth floor but all in all for an extended stay hotel you can’t beat the value and location convenient to several highways. I will definitely stay there again.

We checked in and when we went up to the room I noticed hair on the pillow and in the sheets. The room also had a very strong bleach smell. I immediately went downstairs and told the front desk. The person in the front was very understanding and switched our room right away. Our 2nd room was clean, but the noise level from the people above us was ridiculous! They were moving their furniture around for about an hour. The rest of the night they were enjoying too much! We definitely did not have a good night sleep! Luckily we were only staying there one night!

Staff are always wonderful especially Ashley. The elevator however broke down twice while there which for such a new building is odd. I think they need carpet, as the people above us were so very loud at early am(12 midnight to 3am) off and on over my 10 day stay.

Pleasant staff, fresh and clean room, modern and updated interior space. Short driving distance to retailers and restaurants. Car friendly location, not much within walking distance for tourists who like to visit attractions. I would stay here again because it is safe and secure, super clean, and affordable. I nice gem of a hotel.
