Very clean room. This was the only room at a hotel which I understand your trying to save money, No shampoo/Conditioner, Tissue paper (Kleenex), and no laundry bag. You do have a bar of soap provided in the room. Which I also brought my own soap and shampoo just in case. No worries about that. These are my comments. Thanks

Overall a good location for our trip. Staff were great, room was clean, and parking was easy. Laundry was available if you needed it. The only down side was breakfast. That said, it forced us to go out earlier and enjoy several nice breakfast restaurants.

Nice place just 20 minutes away from the city at half the price. Rooms are on smaller side with minimalistic offerings, but there is everything you need for a nice stay. Parking is easy and safe. You need to ask for supplies as they provide everything in minimum quantities.

Hi, the only problem we had was the bed. It was not comfortable and no board to hold the mattress in place. It was squeaky. Other than that everything was great!

It was very simple but very clean! We loved how everything was so clean and very well kept. There are no blow dryers so be aware of that, we had to go buy a nice one to use. But other then that is was very nice. The beds were very comfortable but load when you roll over. Probably because it’s on a hard floor. But again comfortable and very clean there. Would stay there again

Clean rooms and place overall No amenities; coffee was barely available for about 2 hours before it was put away.

My folks did stay since their room was vacant BUT found out that... this hotel has ZERO room service. you have to pay for the towels you use. have to take them to the reception desk before they will issue new towels THAT YOU ARE CHARGED FOR. The kitchenettes have no plates/cups/pans stocked either. The web site needs to include the following details: We are cheap because we don't provide ANY room service, toiletries or essential kitchen items that would normally be provided in a room with a kitchen. Some travelers don't mind exchanging some amenities for saving some $$... but don't surprise your guests with these details when the walk in the door. I found the General Manager Jesse Duenas. to be RUDE and completely uninterested in correcting the horrible mistake he made and doubt he compensated that poor man we walked in on either. He didn't even try to fake being shocked that it happened... leads me to think this wasn't the first!!! He needs to go back to Hospitality 101 night school for a refresher course!!!
