The room was clean, free and plenty of parking

The location of the property was great and price was good for a holiday weekend. The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was fine a variety of fruit would be great. Our bathtub was dirty upon arrival thank goodness I travel with cleaning supplies . The bathroom needs a total upgrade and the desk chair in room was peeling and needs replacement. Other than that the stay went well. I probably won't stay here again unless a total renovation is done.

Good staff

The seat was the best part of the hotel. Location is also great. But rooms need some updating and carpets are not as clean as they should be. The good news is that the hotel was undergoing renovations, so maybe these concerns will be addressed.

A great location only minutes from Siesta Key Beach and Siesta Key Village. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The management and front desk staff were very helpful, understanding, and patient throughout my stay. I would recommend replacing the breakfast coffee maker with a traditional coffee machine to improve the breakfast experience. Overall, my stay was excellent, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Bathroom needs an update there was no exhaust system, water pressure was weak, beds were comfortable, pool was okay, breakfast was okay, not so tasty, coffee was awful. Curtains on the big window had stained on them. Overall, hotel was not bad, but a little pricey for the amenities.

The lady at the front desk kept me waiting while she ate food in the back. When she finally decided to check me in , she was very rude. The building had construction going on everywhere. The bathroom shower would not drain and had strong chemical gases coming from the standing water. We weren’t able to stay in the bathroom for more than a couple of minutes before coughing and feeling light headed. The beds were hard and the floor. I would have expected to pay a lot less for a dump like that

I made this reservation three months in advance, and we were assigned a room directly below one that was being renovated and demolished. The loud construction noise early in the morning kept us from sleeping. I would have appreciated being notified in advance so I could have made other arrangements or been moved to a different room. Unfortunately, we were not able to get a good night’s rest.

Jenny went above and beyond from the time we checked in to make sure we were comfortable and if there was anything we needed I would definitely give the property 5 stars

They need to improve in cleaning and have better breakfast. However the price for the night wasn’t but since we were 3 people.

The place is under construction. The phones in the room didn’t work and the hairdryer didn’t work. The room smelled awful! We asked for another room after seeing all this and they were sold out! I left with wet hair and won’t go back! I feel like I deserve a refund!

We love the room. It was very comfortable, clean and spacious. There was nothing we did not like. We will definitely stay here again!

Helpful staff.

It is being renovated, hopefully it will be better after. Just not as nice or clean as past stays. Rooms are not cleaned daily. Breakfast had less options than past stays. Disappointing over all.
