Quality Inn - Near Serenoa Golf Club

La limpieza no es muy buena el hotel no tiene buen olor. Pero la habitación estaba bastante cómoda. El desayuno no estaba bueno no tenía muchas opciones. El chico del Front Desk muy atento. El aire enfriaba bien la habitación y el minibar funcionaba bien. Para pasar una o dos noches no está mal pero no es algo que repetiría.

Even though the front desk was staffed, I was told to use a kiosk to video chat with a remote representative instead of being checked in by the employee standing there. Why is a hotel, which is built on customer service, replacing local staff with a remote video check-in? That experience alone makes me think twice about staying at another Quality Inn. The hotel itself was in poor condition. The carpet was stained and coming apart, the walls were paper thin, and my non-smoking room smelled like stale cigarette smoke covered up with air freshener. There were also people hanging around the parking lot throughout my stay, which made the property feel less welcoming. There have been some updates, but that’s just lipstick on a pig. The experience was bad enough that I checked out a day early. I won’t be staying here again and would not recommend this location.

Nothing Terrible place to stay, roaches , strong mold smell

Awful . Too small. Inadequate choices. OJ asted like water. No bacon or english. Ending at 830 on weekend is too early. Beds were like rocks. Room had a smell. Frnt staff at checkin was inhospitable and had an annoyed and unfriendly disposition

The room itself was fine other than the smell of mildew in the entire hotel …. The tv didn’t work the phone in the room didn’t work the towel had a big yellow stain just 1 of them. On first night fire alarm went off at 3am and woke everyone up didn’t shut off for 30 minutes false alarm … staff was rude

There is ABSOLUTELY nothing I liked about this facility. The worst stay I’ve ever had in my life. We stayed in room 210, and had a severe allergic attack and the clerk and manager were disgusting about making any accommodations. We had itchy watery eyes, sneezing, wheezing coughing. We had to sleep with the window open. There was one guy downstairs that smoked cigarettes constantly, was on the phone, extremely unprofessional. Said each room was equipped with a humidifier but there was none available for room 210. We had to check out a day earlier due to the conditions and had to FIGHT for a refund! I’d had enough and opened an OSHA investigation, because at this point some one could die in that room, it was that much of a safety hazard! BEWARE do not give this company your money! Staff RUDE, Manager DISGUSTING, and conditions were HARMFUL! Stay away from Quality Inn I-75! Book ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Close to I-75

The breakfast was okay . The hallways smelled like absolute mold .they need to remove all the carpeting. Whole building has not been detail cleaned in too long. Must make improvements for all of our health

Pool was unavailable when we were there. It was a little tricky to find, but it was close to Siesta Key Beach and Turtle Beach. Also close to Siesta key village. Had a great time and will probably book again next year

Free breakfast. The dryer didn’t completely dry our clothes. But absolutely not a deal breaker as to if we’ll stay there again, because we absolutely will. It’s a great hotel.

Good price and location. Generally quiet and housekeeping was present to help with needs. Also loved the kiosks being available 24/7. Breakfast could have been better.
