Everything went really smooth, thanks Expedia.

Amazing staff, breakfast was delicious and rooms clean!

There was a smell of hydraulic oil from the hotel elevator.

The shower floor tile was dirty. Pests such as a spider, roach, and lizard found in room. Housekeeping did not fix bed or provide sufficient bath and hand towels daily.

Everything was great!

We did not get to breakfast till 8.00 and a lot of the items were all gone, bagels, peanut butter, white bread, yogurts, not good

I had a room on the first floor and I feel that it sure would help a whole lot if the housekeepings's door that they go in and out of a lot it makes a little bit too much racket cuz it's constantly opening and closing so if you could make that door a little quieter it sure would help people especially on the first floor trying to sleep. Besides anything else it was a great stay

Very nice stay . Well maintain grounds is as well as rooms. Very spacious rooms. Has a buffet breakfast it was okay. Hot tub & the pool was great also. So was the fitness center and the laundry room area. Overall great stay especially for the money

other than someone leaving a georgia bulldog t shirt in the room the desk clerk was very helpful and showed great interest in accommodating us.we stayed at two different branded hotels and holiday inn far exceeded our needs and expectations.my wife and i are booking with only holiday inns.

The overall cleanliness of the room was very poor standard. We stayed for 2 nights and after the first day, we had to move rooms as we had unwanted guests in our room, what looked like cockroaches. The older gentleman staff member at reception was very helpful and nice but the younger African American man was really rude and could not be bothered with anything. If you are going to work in hospitality, then at least learn to smile and be polite to the customers. Positives The gentleman who moved us to a different room was very kind and helpful. He was a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was good though finished too early at 9am on week days. Location was really convenient and close to most amenities including beach.

Breakfast was good Our room wasn’t cleaned one time during our stay even after we requested to have it cleaned. The tub was so sunken in that it held water in the low spot. Crumbs in pull out bed. Floor very stained.

Its clean the front desk girls had great smiles and grate customer service. And the beds were comfortable and the room smelled clean.

Very nice, quiet, good breakfast and coffee!

The staff was excellent, professional, and friendly. Made check in and check out quick and simple. The room was stocked and clean and the pool and hot tub was warm and all clean as well. Definitely recommend!! Thank you!
