Room very spacious. Front desk more than accommodating w requests ie xtra chair extra luggage rack etc. only neg was toilets are for size of a pre schooler.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant waitress had not seen us for a year, but she remembered us! It made us feel special.

Staff found us a room for handicap person in our group upon checking in. Everything was easy and accessible for her.

Everything was great from top to bottom. Would stay there again.

The hotel is old and dingy. There was mold in the shower. It only had a mirror over the sink. You couldn’t see your whole body. The lighting was absolutely terrible.

Check-in was a breeze. No issues with my Expedia reservation. Friendly staff It was also very nice to have a small restaurant on-site; a little pricy but very convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

this place is pretty good in general clean. The stuff are nice. The only problem I had a leak in my room ceiling.

Noise levels by the pool area were extreme. We were on the 3rd floor and it was obnoxiously loud during our 1st night there. Travelers in nearby rooms were partying until 2:00 AM. A woman across the hall was screaming obscenities at her children around midnight for about 20 minutes. It was a sleepless first night. The Hilton needs to make better decisions when placing travelers. Keep large groups and those with children together. Single travelers or duos are generally there for sleep and adventuring in the area necessitating different arrangements. The second night was better as loud individuals had checked out- but the room could still use a fan. We had breakfast at the hotel. Skip it — there are far more affordable and tastier choices in the town.

Our flight was delayed twice and they were able to accommodate us on short notice.

Staff was amazing!

This has a great roof-top bar. There is a side that is only open to hotel guests and a side that is open to the public. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the ferry.
