The water didn’t stay hot long.

We arrived early due to the time we had to check out from our vacation home. They checked us in as early as they could which was incredibly helpful.

The look of the lobby. The bed felt cheap.

Ashley Doran at the front desk was amazing! She was courteous, sweet, and welcoming. She made our stay even better. I would definitely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Sarasota!

Everything nice, great staff and friendly room was clean no smell of humidity when you walk in the room lobby and hall ways were clean. Elevators was also very clean. 20/10. Dint have time to use the amazing bar that was our fault time was counted.

However two things I would recommend to Hilton to review: - Our bathroom was very run down. Stains and rust. Obviously too many years old to keep looking the Hilton quality I have grown to expect. The bathroom door was ridiculous -couldn’t really close properly without getting stuck and making an extremely loud and annoying noise when opening (waking the other person in the night) - just replace it since it has bowed with the temperature/humidity. - hotel bar closes way to early (9pm even though signs say 10pm which is also too early for people who just wanna relax without traveling off property). The online menu is not accurate and I was told they haven’t updated it in years! Not a big deal, just a bit of a bummer. The highlight: The staff are the big reason I’m so happy I stayed here. They were wonderful and friendly! Thanks Cici, your smile made my day on Friday and the bartender was amazing! Will definitely return if my work asks me to go again!!

I received a room farthest from the elevator and next to the stairwell. The internet was almost nonexistent

We were sent to a room that wasn't cleaned. Dragged our luggage and backpacks back to lobby, got new keys and were sent to a room already occupied by others... dragged luggage and backpacks back to the lobby, room #3 was at least cleaned but there was trash under the bed, the shower faucet almost fell out of the wall and many of the outlets did not work. We were offered free breakfast but that didn't fit into our schedule so we asked for a free cocktail instead, the request was denied. All in all not a good experience.

Extraordinarily Friendly and helpful staff. Coffee ready in the morning. Restaurant on site. Nice pool Unknown that Tips included in meal charge

Staff was incredible!! Front desk staff was helpful and amazing, bar staff was fantastic!! Room was clean and comfortable, we will definately be back!
