It was very quiet and restful but inconvenient due to being under construction.

Staff was helpful, breakfast was ok , I did like the cucumber water, nice hot tube

All was good but because of the maintenance of the front door reception. It was a bit tight to move around from the back door with many luggages and the breakfast area and the lobby too small for the amount of people there.

100% recommended, everything was great! CLEAN ROOM, LOVE THE BREAKFAST, COFFE ANYTIME, THE POOL WAS CLEAN ALL THE TIME AND THE STAFF VERY HELPFULL ALL THE TIME.

No one should have to go in a pool they can’t see through. The water was disgusting.

The rooms and grounds are kept well. Construction was an inconvenience. Breakfast in the hallway, no juices, and the check in man seemed as if he was being bothered and sleepy. Ive had better stays there in the past.

It was a short stay and it worked out for us.

The hotel is under construction and this was not disclosed during the booking process. Hotels.com did help me since I had a non-refundable room and the hotel did not care to help either. We stayed there on the 4th of July weekend and it was very loud. Since they put us in the first floor right by the pool, the noise would be felt even more. Breakfast was being served in the hallway si we never had any. The room was nice but the bed was very uncomfortable.

The rooms need remodeling. The bathroom inside the room smelled bad like it was cleaned with a dirty towell. The staff forgot to clean my room and when I let them know they not even say I am sorry and they did not clean it anyways. The elevator and the hall were usually soaking wet. I will not come back to that hotel.

Tuvimos una experiencia increíble. El cuarto limpio,grande, camas cómodas y Artículos personales al día. El desayuno buffet incluido, rico y había de todo. Café todo el tiempo. Está cerca de la playa Lido beach y Siesta key que están hermosas. Lo único que fue un poco incómodo fue el área de desayuno porque está en remodelación, pero no es para siempre por eso mis 5 estrellas. Por lo demás estuvo genial, recomendado 💯

Hotel súper limpio,habitación amplias limpias cómodas,área de piscina espectacular,área al aire libre súper cómodas,nos encantó.

I got a refund for 2 days bc the housekeeper never came in our room in 5 days that we stayed here. The manager was very accommodating in finding a solution. The hotel was under construction so expect to hear workers the rise of day. The breakfast was just ok. The waffles weren’t cooked. You had to run them through a toaster to cook them yourself. The breakfast area is in a small room and the food stays in the hallway since the whole hotel is under construction. It’s not very sanitary in my opinion and the amount of people for breakfast make it even worse with not enough table to accommodate everyone. I wouldn’t have stayed there if I would’ve known about the construction the hotel is under. The worse part was everyday I had to get clean towels and one day I had to request toilet paper bc the housekeeper NEVER came into my room for 5 days!!! When I informed the front desk the gentleman said they have been having a lot of people complain about that particular housekeeper not doing her job. Well I think it’s time to fire her….otherwise the beds were comfortable. The room was big. The pool was nice and warm for being outside and clean.
