I don't like when the Hyatt place Sarasota Florida Airport think is okay to take $84.75 that I was not told about and was not authorized and they want do anything about it I talked to the manager all that he tells me is that oh, it'll drop off. No, it's cleared my account. So everybody out there needs to be careful with their accounts with them. You will get Extra charges to your accounts. I like the place the staff. Some of the people were very nice. It was clean. They had good breakfast but when you take money out of my account that was not authorized. I'm not a happy person with this place now. And you won't do anything about it.

Everything good, breakfast the pool

Was very disappointed that a hotel bar does not make frozen drinks for adults or non alcoholic frozen drinks for the kids. It's a simple blender. Kids are disappointed and hotels not making the revenue. It should. Hotel starting to look dated.

Breakfast was the best I’ve had staying at any hotel. The only downside being our rooms Riley had air in the pipes and whistled.
