Just beware -- paid reservations at this hotel doesn't guarantee a room even after calling to confirm late arrivals. Our family had 2 king size bed rooms reserved. I called the morning of the flight to confirm and was told our rooms would be ready for our arrival. Upon arrival at 11:00 p.m. was told there was only 1 room with 2 queens and a pull out sofa available. We asked about reservations and was told they basically use a first come first serve policy on rooms. They would "try" to find us another room in a different hotel. With sharing a car, that didn't work. So we had 3 generations crammed into a 2 queen, pullout sofa sleeper room. Would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you can get there early enough to get what you paid for!!

Breakfast was very good. Front desk staff were not able to help with restaurant recommendations. My room (237) was not properly cleaned.

Great hotel! Very nice staff, great location, clean and comfortable room. I stay here everytime I go to Sarasota.

Room was clean but the shower needed to be cleaned at the base where small spots of black mold was observed. Staff was accommodating at check-in. Breakfast was lacking in quality and selection. The temporary eating area was the small lobby and most guests including ourselves had to eat in our rooms.

The staff was amazing, but disappointed with the overall hotel. No one wants to go on vacation to stay at a mid renovationed hotel. It kills the vibe. Please expedia, since I have used your website to book, please have hotels notify you when renovations are being preformed so customers can decide if they want to stay there or not.

The breakfast was very good and fresh. The room was very clean. There is still construction being done. It was so close to airport and their was many places to eat within ten minutes car rides.

Rooms floor had hair on it when we got there, tub was rusted. Also had construction but they did not warn us until it was too late to cancel without them taking our money. The checking and out was easy but all the other staff spoke Spanish and didn't seem friendly. Breakfast was good but area was crowded and not replenished regularly I went twice to get waffles and eggs both were empty or very little left.

Great, clean hotel and very pleasant staff all around. On demand shuttle to the airport and great breakfast to start your day. Pool and hot tub were good temperatures and area was clean. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

The room and staff was excellent.

Breakfast was a plus even though they were under renovation. Staff in the morning were super helpful. My room air conditioner was not working and they change me immediately.

Very easy check in and the shuttle to the airport makes it even easier. Nice place and breakfast was good.

PERFECT LOCATION close to the airport, we had an easy and confortable stay. Our room was clean and comfy. The receptionist team were friendly, courteous, professional. Without hesitation we recommend this hotel.

The hotel lobby was very hot. Flies everywhere. The elevator was rickety and we worried if it would safely get us to the 3rd floor. Horrible rust stains all in the shower/tub. Bed had a horrible angle where the head was lower than the foot. Breakfast in the morning was okay, selection was ok. BUT you have to be friendly with the flies and gnats enjoying Breakfast with you. They were swimming in the mixed berries and yogurt. They were so bad, they landed on your fork before the food could even get to your mouth. The lobby was so hot at 6am that even if I wanted to try and make a cup of horrible bitter coffee, I had to sweat while doing it. Overall poor experience. Hopefully they make some changes in the future.

There is construction happening in the lobby but it was covered and didn't bother me. The breakfast staff was very nice and sweet. The breakfast was OK nothing special. The room was great and clean. Overall I would visit again.

We called the police. Two police officers came, searched the room, and before them 3 other people search. got nowhere. We spoke to the person at the front desk, who claimed they contacted a manager in Tampa. That manager never showed up, never spoke to the police, never talked to us. We filed a police report, received a report number and basically the hotel shrugged there shoulder. We went out to dinner, frustrated and expecting nothing. When we came back, my Mom’s purse was suddenly back in her room. No explanation. No accountability. No one knew how it got there. Three different people searched the room earlier, plus two police officers. The purse was NOT there before we left. Yet magically it appears, and everyone pretends they have no idea how. This place is shady, irresponsible, and absolutely not safe. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s discouraging, infuriating, and completely unacceptable.
